Nice player, congrats!

Congrats!!

Congrats!! Signing a D1 NLI is quite an accomplishment.

Yes.

I know that she also had offers from Maryland and MiamiOH.

Congrats to Fergie!! Very deserving!

I do remember this............but vaguely. Rulings and suggestions like this usually come under the guise of "protecting" the kids. When in reality, it is being pushed by others with a completely different agenda. Usually, it comes from administrators and coaches from larger schools that want to keep the smaller schools down. I am speaking from a basketball standpoint only, as I have no experience in the football area.

Since 2005-06. 2005-06 19-10 2006-07 25-7 2007-08 24-8 2008-09 13-13 2009-10 24-7 2010-11 17-12 2011-12 22-9 2012-13 14-12 2013-14 15-12

I am a Steiner fan, as is Coach Jones. But, you are missing the point, you are basing your uninformed opinion on one game. We are basing our opinion on factual evidence and body of work over a long period of time. You know, just like everyone on this board bases their opinion of your posts based on your long history of boisterous, uninformed posts on this board.

Incorrect..................the other solid kid was Morgan's junior year. But, we are not referring to one season alone.

Scroll to top of page............read thread title........repeat over and over until you "get it".

WOW!!! That's a STRONG statement.

It's about both. And keep in mind, that college coaches are VERY arrogant. They think they can turn goat urine into gasoline sometimes.

Agreed.

She had those offers.

Agreed. But, the ability to handle the basketball does not make one a point guard. Point guard is a mentality. If anyone can step up with that mentality, WV could win the 8th Region in 2015.

No offense taken, it's all good.

She's working at it.

Ease up..................I don't think anyone is questioning her talent. Congrats to her on the invite, as I know that is a HUGE deal.

Sorry, but Hannah Dossett will not be able to attend, as she will not be attempting to play basketball in college. She has her official visit with Ball State for softball at the same time, and will sign her LOI in about a month.

Has played varsity the past two years for Scott, as a middle schooler. Very good player.

Easy now. I heard that scon36 paid Mr Herndon to drop Trimble to 6th, in order to fly under the radar, LOL.

The 8th Region portion of the Cats Pause had been below standard for years, but has improved the last couple of years. My guess is that 8th Region contributor, Mr Herndon.... along with the rest of the 8th Region coaches, know very little to nothing about Ms Niece at this point. She has much hype to live up to at this point, and if she lives up to it, she will be duly recognized at the end of the season.

The Shelby County front line will be HUGE. They will start three 6 footers.

If Gambrell decides to play, and Dermon and Clifton come back healthy, Owen could be much improved from a year ago.
