  1. They are the favorite in the 37th this year. They should get better as the year goes on as the players adjust to the new style of play and mind-set brought in by Coach Code.
  2. Deep, quick, and athletic. Plus they always play hard. This year's group from Falmouth should be fun to watch.
  3. With the problems that went down at Scott County, this bumps the Mason County Royals into my 1 slot. They are loaded! Miller, Setty, Middleton, and so on.
  4. I voted for Chad Simms, but I would like to nominate a former 10th region legend, James Scott of Montgomery County. Anyone who can rock leisure suits over the years like this guy is no doubt the best.
  5. These three names should be in the future plans of Pendleton County over the next four years.... Michael Walsh- Started varsity in the first scrimmage, has a big upside Logan and Tanner Florence- Twin guards who will see a lot of JV time
  6. Saw this for the 16th......... 1. Humphery- GRC - Best in game coach 2. M. Code- BB - Proofs in the recent pudding 3. Reitz- HC - Long-term success 4. O'Hearn- MC- Has the talent, and produces 5. Carr- SHS - Most underrated, does a great job 6. Simms- PC - On the rise, should have good year 7. Hinson- SPS - Kids play really, really hard 8. Flynn- BoCo - Legend....has had success in two other regions 9. Kelsch- AHS - Does more with less 10. S. Code- CC - should bring winning, hard-nosed mentality to Camel Land Don't know much about the new guy at Montgomery, so I left him off my list This should get the ball rolling..........
  7. If your talking great outside shooting from Pendleton County one name to remember is Phillip Carter. He was over 50% I think (could be wrong) his last two seasons at Pendleton in 2002-2003 and 2003-2004. He gets lost in the limelight of what happened the next two years a lot but he was a pretty underrated player I feel.
  8. There were some hard hit balls by Brossart but it seemed like they were always right to a Pendleton County player...minus the homerun of course. Great job by the Mustangs, and best of luck the rest of the way. For Pendleton County the future could be bright if they develop some hitting to go with what should be a pretty good defensive ball club. They have 7 starters returning but we all know how that can go.
  9. Sounds like sickness is rolling through both teams. Hopefully everyone is a go for the game tomorrow but its a pretty nasty 2-day virus going through PC right now and sounds like GRC as well.
  10. It says here Pendleton will need a supreme effort to hold off a fired up Cards team but I think they will get it...PC hasn't had their "A" game for a while and I look for it this weekend. Clark is without a doubt a formidable opponent...I look forward to seeing them play against the Cats. PC- 65 GRC- 62 I have a funny feeling Knowles will have a huge game.
  11. That is an excellent point! Need to enjoy every second of this year! With that said... Bhisma Desai will be a good one if he works hard over the summer, Lambert lives/breathes basketball and I think could be a huge contributer next year, and the other guys mentioned will improve. I will be interested to see how Kane adjusts to being the focus of the defense. I think the Cats will have an uphill climb (I'm worried about PG next year) but they won't be dreadful and could in fact surprise. Coach Biggs and that great coaching staff will get everything out of them, that is for sure.
  12. Wow, Scott must have played well...Congrats to the Eagles on making it to the Fieldhouse in their first year in the 10th region. Congrats to the Cardinals on the win as well!
  13. That score is not surprising in the least... :scared: :sssh:
  14. Well, time to get refocused for the tournament...the Cats will be fine. Coach Biggs will have their attention, that's for sure!
  15. WOW! What are they putting in the water in Cynthiana? That team is getting on a ROLL.
  16. Its got to be Hoosiers!! I also liked Hoop Dreams and Coach Carter.
  17. Words can not express how much I enjoy watching a game at the Fieldhouse. If they would let me I would live there during regional week.
  18. Well, no the Seniors will be there that week.
  19. Yep, it sure is. Also play Highland's during that week.
  20. it doesnt matter cuz Pendleton is gonna win it any way aslong as they dont get to big of heads
  21. 35-24 at the half and the Cats turned on the heat. The Braves had no answer for the interior play of the Wildcats. Next up: Williamstown in PC tours Grant County week.
  22. I am going to say Pendleton by 15, they are showing a tendency to let what should be weaker teams hang around.
  23. Hmm, don't agree with you on the no reaction thing. Everyone around me was applauding an impressive accomplishment and it was all PC fans.
  24. Bhisma Desai will be a good one next year. He is very athletic a decent jumpshot and can make some things happen on the defensive end, I think with Biggs and the staff coaching him up he could be a big surprise this year sort of in the mold of Terry Davis. As for other talent I would say to watch out for Mudd, Crozier, and possibly the freshman, Doug Lambert...I look for him to step up if he works hard in the off season.
