I have heard that they are five interested in the job vacancy and a decision will be made rather quickly. I really am looking forward to see who will be calling the shots come Monday. Any news that may be inside pm, i know a lot of parents would love to know what is going on......

Coach Branham is a bobcat, the last time I checked he had a booster club meeting last week. Quarterback Brennan Case is coming back Running back Brandon Blair is coming back Other returning starts such as Cody McKay HB/LB Bo Hamilton OL/DL Travis Slone OL/DL Korey Jarrell OL/DL Zach Hall OL/DL And many more, I think we will lost five seniors, but a heck of a grade school team is coming in. Really looking forward to the bobcats season. Well, lets look at the 3rd quarter, Paintsville was up already by 50, but Pugh was still running the option. So I just wonder what was up with that..

I have to ask about why was Paintsville starters in the 3rd quarter being up by so much. They didn't prove a thing. I was proud of the players on the betsy layne side for showing class, and I would like to say "what goes around comes around." Remember that!

Billy Ray I agree with you, I feel like Betsy Layne can not compete in 2A. they belong in 1A and they are only four schools below them, then you have Pikeville. Not only it would be hard to compete, but if the bobcats were in single A they will be against teams they can compete with like Allen Central, Jenkins, South Floyd, etc....

Is there a place that has enrollment for males and females? Will that change some teams up? One more question, the way it looks Betsy layne would be in 2A with Pikeville but am unsure about teams besides them. Could someone shed the light a little?

Sandman, Can you help me out, how many teams will be divided into each district? I am trying to look at Betsy Layne's standpoint.

I finally met Coach Branham and it seems like it will have the bobcats on track and seems confident he will be successful. I look forward to see how he does.

Because the p-burg program got put on probation, will they be able to compete in the playoffs for the next two years.

Some of the parents talk like he has 15 years of experience. But I am not for sure.

Late word last night the new man to lead the Bobcats is Bobby Branham.

I am probably the biggest fan Betsy Layne football has and I hope they can manage to get the playing football and turn the program around.

Question on this Bobby Branham guy. How many years has this guy got on coaching. Besides Pikeville who else has he coached for.
