Would love to see Preston at a school like Cinci!

Both schools sit 2 rows back from me....I tried to lean back & sneak a listen but couldn't hear what they were sayin GS, since you have the inside scoop on the situation, where do you see Preston going? Who is recruiting the hardest? Who does Preston seem to lean toward?

What schools are looking at Pettigrew, Brooks, Walls, Beckham etc. ?

That may have been 1 of the schools that was there watching him @ North when I was there.

I know some are. I saw a couple recruiters from 2 different schools a few weeks ago at the GRC @ North Laurel game. They set right behind me but I couldn't figure out where they were from. IMO he could definatly play @ a school like EKU or Western. He could probably play at Kansas St also as stated above. Very gifted player.

Are you serious? Get it in your head that I do not care how good YOU think Breathitt is & I don't care who they have on there team. I know Smith & Hollan are 2 very good players. I know that. Like I said, IMO Breathitt is the 4th best team in the region. 1) JBS, 2) Hazard, 3) Perry & 4) Breathitt. That's how I see it & that is how I will continue to see it until Breathitt beats one of those teams. Yeah, calm down. I know they beat Hazard but thats it. By what 2-3 points @ Breathitt. I'm just not buying it. 4th best team in the region IMO. :walk:

You are hearing the wrong thing. I'm not a JBS fan. I am a fan of the 14th region. Just because I said that was a classy move? Come on. Tell me that is not a classy move by the coach. Please name me another 14th region school that sits out there best player in a game. I'm not knocking Breathitt either. I just think JBS is the better overall team. That's it. IMO JBS will win the region. Them or Hazard. Breathitt should be one of the top 4 teams at the end. If they play either Hazard or JBS in the Regional tournament then I think they will lose against either one. I also expect it to be a good game between the 2 (JBS & Breathitt) but I'm going with JBS by 10. Again, I'm not a JBS fan, I am a fan of the 14th. I live a couple countys away from Knott so I do not have any ties to the team or anything like that. If Breathitt contains Stepp (which I dont think they'll be able to do), then JBS has 2 or 3 other players to step up & take over the scoring load. I just don't see Breathitt winning that game. :thumb:

Nothing wrong with that....Very classy move by the JBS coaching staff. Any other teams not dress there star player when playing someone knees & toes below them ???

Looking at that schedule, it looks pretty smart. I mean having all but 1 or 2 of your 2nd half (season) games @ home will give the team some confidence going into to district & region tournament play.

That other teammate wouldn't happen to be LB/FB Timmy Baker would it ? KCU = Kentucky Christian ? I heard Baker was interested in going to play Baseball @ Morehead St but MHS is not recruiting catchers for whatever reason. I'm guessing they already have a few on the roster. I also heard that Baker could go to Pikeville College to play either Baseball or Football. IMO he could play whichever he chose if he went there.
