Southwestern looked like they need to work on their conditioning. They had someone cramping up every play in the second half. The string of blowouts that they've played recently did them no favors in that regard.

Southwestern runs the most simple, predictable, basic offense I've seen in awhile. That's fine when you're way better physically than your opponent. It wasn't tonight.

Southeestern's uniforms are awful. You can't read the numbers at all. Is their only offensive play a direct snap and run to daylight?

After watching both teams vs Somerset I think Danville takes this one 21-14.

They just need to commit to the run from the outset and trust it. The times that they've struggled this year have been times that they've gotten away from the run. This team is best served playing a ground and pound style and using the passing game to compliment the run, not the other way around. That's great news on Bruner. They can't afford to lose him. Luckily I don't think they'll have to have hun for the next couple of games if he needs to heal up.

LCA was headed for a 3 and out but got a first down on a personal foul for basically tackling the quarterback too hard when he tucked it and ran. Horrible call. Still 14-0 start of the 4th quarter.
