Wherever you got this information, it is false. No where in By-law 6 do you find that schools can opt to not oppose a player moving to another school after the student has played a varsity sport. http://www.khsaa.org/handbook/bylaws/bylaw6.pdf. The only way a student could get by with moving is if both administrators from the sending and receiving schools lied on the transfer form, which is not going to happen. I don't imagine that two professionals would do this, even if it was for a student. I also don't know why this is on a forum about Breathitt Co and their problems.
