  1. I, for one, did not say that Highlands was any more physical than Pendleton. My point is that with the officiating being as bad as it was for both sides and the allowing of all the physical contact, I am surprised that someone did not get hurt. As for the technical, the boy did it the PC player with an elbow and then after that I do not know what he said.
  2. You could not be more wrong. The semi's and finals are usually full irregardless of who is playing. I was there last year and the place was packed both nights. Maybe I am being a traditionalist but you cannot mess with success. As many others have said before me, the 10th region is the best regional tournament in the state. Lets keep it at the Fieldhouse.
  3. While I couldnt agree with you more, we all know its not going to happen. It will take winning the state tournament for PC to be ranked Number One.
  4. I thought it was a very good win for the Cats against a good Highlands team. The officials allowed too much physical play and I, for one, am surprised that someone did not get hurt or even worse, a fight possible breaking out.
  5. Sounds like a typical Montgomery type game: low scoring.
  6. It has to be the Fieldhouse at Mason County during regional tournament time. More often than not the place is packed and rocking.
  7. I know that ratings mean absolutely nothing this team of year, but I want to know how in the world Pendleton can keep winning but keep dropping in these ratings. I know that I am showing alot of bias here but I am very curious.
  8. PC was by 30+ late in the fourth. Williamstown tried to take the air out but just didnt have the ballhandlers to do it.
  9. Final from the Woodshed!!! Way to go Cats!!!
  10. Cats chalk another one up in the win column. Pendleton 67 Grant 50 :jump: :jump:
  11. I would have to go with Holmes in this one. Holmes 78 Highlands 70
  12. I will agree that the game was closer than I thought it would be but any time you can get a win on the road, irregardless of the margin, you have to take it. I remember last year when both Pendleton and Scott Co. both played at Williamstown last year and Pendleton won by 5 in overtime and Scott won by 12. Who would have thought that with the teams they had last year that Williamstown would have played them that close? It just goes to show you that with Kentucky high school basketball, anything can happen.
  13. Way to win one on the road for the second night in a row.
