Walton has a post player, Kelli Dixon. She is starting varsity and is definitely a factor in the game. Will be fun to watch her continue to grow and get stronger.

Overall - talent is down. I noticed it in the 8th region. While there are good players and even some great talent. Teams just did not have the whole package. I would say the top two teams in the region did make it to the finals. With talent being down - coaches have to coach to what they have.

Not really, The other thing that gets me is not only can they not handle the ball - they cannot shoot either.

Now Now Thats a year or two down the road... I think sense they have all equal guards - coach should just run them in and out until he finds one that is having a good night. Then next game do the same....

Hensley played guard and had turnovers but that happens when a forward/center is forced into playing guard. WV has played many rotations. Hensley is more of a force when he's down under the basket. But that still leaves an open space for a guard. I do see some light - just who will step up is the question?

I think this will go down to the wire. I'll take WV by 8. As to where the Bearcats would be if Davis was still there....doesn't matter because he's not.

Ryle had a good season..the coaches messed this one up. A change in QB in playoff's - might have been a good move a couple of weeks ago - but coming into a playoff game ?? you have to question that call, if not only for the morale of the team. I personally know that was a real blow to their team spirit. I do have to say the players NEVER gave up and tried beyond anyones wildest dreams to over come this. Hats off the # 10, he did a great job - I am sure he would have liked it to be under different conditions. He will be one to watch in the future. Good Luck to all the seniors - you have been fun to watch.
