The notion that Cincinnati is a Miami in the making seems pretty far-fetched to me. Cincinnati should strive to be one of the better programs in the Big East, and looks to be headed in that direction, but becoming a national power a la Miami seems a bit out of reach.

The idea is just throwing a bone to small-market and media-market teams who don't have the financial resources and/or savvy to contend yearly like the Yankees and Red Sox.
I was essentially critical of Bush for one primary reason ... the decision to invade Iraq.
And please don't compare my views of Bush to yours of Obama ... I wasn't starting a thread a day to rip on the guy.
Question Obama all you want ... heck, I don't agree with every position he takes, either. But the extent to which you do it gives away your inherent bias against and/or intense dislike for the guy.
Actually, most or all of the pettiness and insignificance I see in the anti-Obama threads are some of the reasons some posters have for criticizing him.
That's just for men's basketball. To be in Division I, you have to do so in like eight or nine sports for both men and women. Those scholarships add up.
During the Bush administration, every time he gave a "War on Terror" speech, Fox was there from start to finish.
If memory serves, MSNBC showed just about all of them, too, if not all of them. I can't speak for CNN, because I rarely watch it.
