When watching the Video, Boyle did not have 5 guys in the backfield. One of the receivers that was lined up was point to the ground like he was on the line of scrimmage. The other of the other receivers that was lineup was in the backfield along with the 2 blockers, which one was the QB. If you noticed, I didn't see a punter on the field. So, with the 2 in the backfield alone with one receiver and the player on the sideline makes 4. Plus, I think and I could be wrong, a player has to report in and go pass the number on the field but then can come closer to the sideline not sure. But I have always heard the Official tell the receiver to go passed the numbers and then they could come out pass the numbers.

I think if you are going to have teams come then have 1 from Central or Eastern part of the state play a team from the West. It kind of crazy to go 3 hours and then play a team less than an hour from you.

That was the Military way back then. Had 3 knee surgeries on the one knee while in the Marines. Then had to have one on the other about 10 years after I got out. Now they say that I knee replacement on the one that has already had 3. Plus, the meniscus is torn on the one that has only one surgery.

Now I tore my meniscus twice and when I tore it the second time I also tore my MCL/ACL and PCL. I took me a year to recover but this was also back in 1991. Know need to rush back but players now of day are back quicker than years ago. I hate it for him and hope for a speedy recovery.

Just watched Boyle play in a couple of summer games at Nelson Co.. If they stay healthy then after the football season is over and the football players get in basketball shape look out. When it gets district and regional time, this team could content for the regional title. They looked pretty good under 1st year Coach Todd. Just going to take a little time but it could be a good year for the Rebels.

I got a chance to talk to him and he said he really wanted to play but he wouldn't go into so that just kind of said something to me. Plus, I have heard that a lot of the NIL deal have that him them. You are correct, it is in the past and but wish that the kids could stay or would stay. You will regret not playing all the high school you can.
