And since I'm rippin tonight, not a fan of Highlands new unis. Pretty sure it says Highlands on the chest. Too small for my eyes, but I for sure can't read what Coopers say. Cooper or Jags.

#2 for Highlands needs to be on the line somewhere. Definitely would help out Dline to at least give relief.

Where is the Highlands game played?

We are still here. Just a little relaxed now our kids are moved on. But we still fully support the program. Some of this is hard to watch but we all know it will work out fine in time. I'm sure lot will be full Friday night of lots of said posters.

For those that went, what did the oline and dline's look like? And can we have names of kids that played those positions.

Absolutely! I agree, great idea and a great sales job for the program. My question is why coaches and kids from other schools come watch. Maybe work on their own programs. But hey, to each their own!

This is the 2nd time I have seen where the mention of other teams coaches and players there to watch. For the life of me, how does a coach allow his players to be out after midnight to go and watch SK practice when you yourselves will be practicing early the next morning? Maybe it's just me. Seems crazy to me. And don't those coaches have something better to do than to be at SK after midnight watching another team practice. We talkin practice! I guess if I knew the teams and coaches, it may explain a lot. Just sayin!

So does Highlands have 3 QB's? I assume you used first names there. If so can you give their full names. I know one, I'm guessing is Colin Hollinswerth (sp.)? Lol! Others?

That's too bad. I don't get why some kids/parents are so against moving positions when it will give them immediate playing time and also help the team's ultimate goal.

I would like to see a kid like Camron Johnson move to the Dline. Prettt sure he is a back up QB with some nice solid size that can move. I know the coaches love quick elusive kids on the d line so he would fit that need really nice. If he is the back up QB, he can always move back to that position if called upon but from what I'm hearing, the other back ups in Scholman and Kremer would suffice also. Others in the past have switched positions to play and for the better of the team. Just a thought of one kid I know of that has some decent size.

Can anyone shed some light on the O line and D line for the upcoming year? Only names I know of are Finfrock, Dunn, Davidson. And from what I'm hearing, that's about 30% of what is available as of now. Are there any kids that can change positions that can help out at those positions?

So he's a punter too? Nice! Can always use multi-talented kids. Hope all works out for the best. Like others have said, sometimes it takes a new venue to change a kid around. "If" that is a problem. Highlands has fared pretty good with their transfers from Park Hills!

So in the NCC thread, it was mentioned that a senior football player is transferring to NCC from Highlands. In no way going to panic, but the boy mentioned would have been a starter on Highlands DL. With him leaving, and two very solid frosh players deciding not to play football (per Qryche), where does Highlands stand on depth or for that matter, how do they look for the starting positions. I know people know what's going on but they may not be involved with BGP. Yet! Haha! I hate to see quality kids not play for a reason that could have been avoided, but they will do what they want to do. I'm being selfish I guess and want all the good ones to play football. And the not so good, we need them too. Is that PC enough. Anyway, what's the word from Fieldhouse?

Well if so, all you can say is good luck to the young man on his new endeavor at NCC. Hope he makes an impact there for the Breds. I guess it opens up a spot for someone at Highlands to step up and fill a role. So does this transfer solidify a position for NCC? Was told he wants to play LB. Or is NCC pretty set at that position?
