Bias pitched for Ashland last time vs East and only gave up 4 hits, one of them just happened to be a 2 run home run.

The last two games should be dandies. Ashland played East close late in the season, i think it was 2-1 with Criswell on the mound. Raceland we all know is a team nobody wanted to draw, they've been tough all year and have really come into their own late in the season against the hometown Rowan Co.

NCCAA is a different collegiate program and division, like NAIA.

JC fans have been demanding respect since last year. Respect isn't givin, it is earned. JC had a solid team last year, and still return some very good players, but one and done in the playoffs doesnt cut it.

Ashland finished 4-1. Losing their 1st game to Thomas-Worthington 1-9, then winning their last 4 against North Laurel, Nichols(NY), Perryville(OH), De La Salle(MN).

I'll be there with Ashland, we play N. Laurel down there too. Good luck to them for all games except against my Tomcats.

Final 6-1. Ashland had a good team effort and Raceland had I think 5 errors, Nice start for the Tomcats!

I know the top 2 were Mcleod (soph to be) and Hall (sr to be). But thats all ive got, i didn't have a good angle on the game.

He threw the ball into tight coverage a lot and just kinda threw it up there for anybody to catch, that turned into 2 or 3 interceptions for the game.

But Darrel was also throwing against 2nd and 3rd team DB's.

I know for a fact it's true because i was a witness each time.

As for now though, thats a pretty big if.

Ashland is going down there this year. Last year we played Niwot Colorado a top 25 ranked team in the nation, a Minnesota team, a team from NY, and some KY teams.

I wasn't at that game but i saw it on film, Rock totally dominated the game. I was surprised when they showed the scoreboard at the end of the film and i saw that Bell had won, but thats the only thing that counts is the score.

Ashland has 3 people that squat over 500lbs, Fields Davis, Michael Walters and Travis Gallagher.

Their tough schedule and lack of experience and learning a new system hurt them last year, this year with more experienced players who have had time to learn the system i expect an alright year.

Well their coach brought a Wing offense from Portsmouth West, but midway through the year they ran a little wishbone and mixed it with a litte I Back and some Wing.

I dont know about them beating Ashland at Ashland but i think they will be much improved from last season. They do return some talent, and have a year of experience in their new system. Im expecting maybe 5-5 or 4-6, but who knows what can happen.

Flynn slowed it down up until the 4th quarter where they had to play catchup, and had to go up tempo. Thats really where Huntington really spread the score.
