Disregard the above. I misread the schedule and thought there were two games on each of the three days.

I'm wondering what their thinking was behind moving the HHS/Collins game up one hour, with no game following it. Was it about getting the fans home earlier or something? I thought the ice storm wasn't moving in until Sunday.

We're as Catholic as can be, and I've never heard the idea of moving the three wise men over a number of days. Although the first crèche was created by St. Francis of Assisi, they are not sacramentals, so I don't believe there are any specific "rules" about them. In our house, the nativity scene is meant to depict the entire story of Christ's birth, so all the figures are present, all the time.

I don't have a problem with you doing that. There's not a thing wrong with it, and I'd be totally all over that deal myself! The few people out there that I have trouble with are the ones that are blessed with the above option, but feel the need to seemingly look down their noses at those who aren't blessed in the same way.

Charlie Brown Christmas is on ABC right now. They've already showed the traditional portion, but they say this is the full uncut version and I'm seeing scenes I don't recognize, so I'm not sure what's going on exactly.

I agree wholeheartedly. Several people I've spoken to recently have said the distance is the deal-breaker in deciding whether or not to watch it on the Internet. Reading the admonitions from all these folks who travel in luxury RV's makes me cringe. If you die-hard tailgaters want to load up your rolling mansions and watch your big screens while enjoying a wine and cheese party, well then more power to ya. For the rest of us down here in the huddled masses, the trip is a drudge. :sorry:
