As I stated to another poster, teachers (and coaches) shouldn't have an input unless they're on the hiring committee, I don't care how long they've been there. Not sure how you can recommend someone when you have no idea how they'll interview. I can't believe Bob Rowe would accept that position under any other terms.

It's the same way at a private school. What they're referring to is all of the "influence" the principal receives. Bottom line, if the principal doesn't want an employee, they're no longer an employee. Guys, I get that there are other factors but in the end, it's his decision...

It's not winning, it's how they win. HHS fans will travel great distances to see a good HHS football game. They won't go to home games to watch 50 first half points and the JV the entire second half. It's sad really. I can assure you that this group includes very few, if any BGP posters. They'll tailgate at an academic meet...
