Washington, Smith, Robinson, Acree?, Brookes...they have a great problem to have. As long as those guys are TEAM guys and not ME guys, they shouldn't have a problem continuing their winning ways.
No matter what, I would never say beechwood is a year away just because of how they compete every year, however they may be a little outmatched this week. It will still be a good game. Nail biter all the way and I would say only a touchdown will be the difference in the game.
If Frankfort's offense shows up like they did Friday, they will win going away. However hills will be ready for them so I say FHS-35 WHHS-20 in a close matchup
Well the Hurst kid hasn't played yet, Roberts went out late,I think with cramps though. And a couple of players went down with what looked to be rolled ankles or other minor injuries.
Hip-hop, it looks like both teams got a little banged up in last weeks game. I am pretty sure county won't be at full strength. Any word on how banged up high is?
From what I hear, there are quite a few injuries on both sides.
Franklin county hasn't had one of their most dynamic players yet this season and have had some kids banged up recently.
Frankfort had a player with a broken foot that I am not sure has completely recovered.
Should be a good game and is always fun for fans. Just hope all can stay healthy with district just around the conrner for both teams
If they play your JV defense, then yes they have gotten better. Watch out for #34. He'll try to take knees out and talk trash the when he actually gets in.
I'm not saying it cost them, but Timmons and mccaskill have each returned multiple kickoffs. Timmons has been kicked to twice and has 3 returns for touchdowns...may have tried the pooch to the second line, but they also returned a couple this year
Not taking anything from the young man, but I believe curtain may have been commenting on the fumbles.
I my opinion, that was the difference. Both teams played their hearts out.
Kids were limping all over the field. A true battle by two great teams.
