We do indeed agree. I feel the same about other overhyped teams as well. I get how irritating it is.

Everyone has teams they think are overhyped, it's not exclusive to you. I can tell by your posts that you're pretty much a ND hater, that's okay, that's all part of sports. I see it in every sport at every level. But the point you made in the first sentence here is about the NBC contract. Again, it's more about that then anything regardless if you want to agree or not. It's $$$. ND has been overhyped for a long time because they have a huge following. Same with OSU, Oklahoma and the others. That means money, that's what it's all about. Personally, as a ND fan, I didn't think the Irish belonged in the top 20 this season and the way they have played except for one game to an even bigger overhyped opponent this year shows why.

You all do realize the reason teams like ND, OSU and all the rest of the overhyped teams are overhyped is because of $$$. It's a business, guys. Is this actually news to you all?

Outside of Alabama and Clemson over the last so many years, aren't all the rest of the teams overhyped? I mean, just look at Penn State, Oklahoma, Iowa, OSU, Georgia (maybe not this year), Oregon and others. This year UC. You really think they're going to beat Bama or Georgia?

For a team that's so overrated and such an afterthought in so many minds, it amazes me why it's such a big deal to these same people when they lose a game.

Good to see NDDS is alive and well...

Jot India in the Newport Shopping Center is the best Indian restaurant I've been to! The guy that runs the place, Sing, is the most genuinely nice person I've seen running a restaurant. The entire staff is friendly and do an excellent job. The lamb vindaloo is spectacular! My wife swears by the chicken tikka masala and they have a great selection of nan and other great items. I highly recommend this place, do yourself a favor and give it a try!
