Thanks again Pete W, I'm guessing that company is run out of someone's garage. On Dec 30th I ordred the case from them, and put a note in as well that I need it by Jan 12, as I was only ordering it as I was headed out of the country on the 12th and that is the only reason in ordering it. I never received anything from them so early on Jan 2 I emailed them. They responded the same day claiming that they were out of stock and they would be getting more in the beginning of this week. When I ordred inwas never informed that they were out of stock, so their system is very poor. I also emailed them back asking if I would get the case in time, if not I would cancel and order from Amazon from another company that would have it to me on time, that email was sent 5 mins after they emailed me on Jan 2nd. Not only have they not responded to my second email, they have not responded to the other two emails I sent early this week. Or the phone call I placed yesterday. Now it's too late to order from Amazon and have the other case here on time. So I just did what I informed this first company what I would do. I just went to my bank and showed them that the company will not respond and asked to cancel the charge, which they did. Not a reliable company. But thanks for the help

What if what was originally reported was happening in our area? I can promise you that we all would be falling over each other to stop it. I am pretty sure those in Michigan would be doing the same. Most of the so-called Christians at this festival are spreading nothing but hate, and are bigots just trying to start something.

Not for the death penalty here in part of both reasons you give, but my biggest issue is religious reasons. But this case, and most cases against a brutal murder of a kid, they have me asking questions of why not? But as you pointed out, in prison they HATE crimes against children, IMO if you commit a murder of a child you shouldn't be afforded isolation, you have to live in the general population.

But the press in the U.S. really doesn't cover anything very close to our borders? Mexico can match all Middle Eastern and European terror killings combined. In the last 4 years about 97 journalists were murdered in Mexico.

Someone at a restaurant that I always go to got me on it about a month ago. Yes, it's addicting. I'm not doing so well now but sports Geography and history I'm above 80%, then entertainment, science and art around 65%.

I am not sure how I feel about this. BUT, if there is an 85% survival rate, I do feel that the state "could" be right in this case. I can understand if there is a slim chance of survival and she didn't want to go through all the stuff just to prolong her life a few months, or a year.

Sad situations, the terrorist act as well as the mindset of people in response, including in this thread. It just goes to show that being tolerant of other religion is just a farce on all sides. There are extremists on all sides, and it doesn't matter who has more, it's not a contest so why keep score? It's also disturbing that just hours after the attach people are already bashing on our government and president on what will they do, or what they will say, instead of giving them a chance to respond. It's hate, just as the hate that these extremist have, it's just theirs is on a higher level of hate, but it's all hate. As I said, it doesn't matter how many extremist committed acts such as this were of one religion or another. Their are over 1.5 billion Muslims in the world, if it was their goal, a Muslim goal, to do this and to convert everyone, I'm pretty sure more of the 1.5 million of them would be doing this, a lot more of them. But they are not! As far as them wanting to convert everyone, how is that different than any other religion? Why do we have Christian based religions all over the world trying to do the same? Didn't the first white men who stepped foot in the Western Hemisphere do the same? It's been going on in this part of the world for 100's of years. So far we are lucky as many of our home grown terrorist have decided to go overseas to fight, just wait until they decide to stay here and do their thing, it will happen. But we are asking for it, people up in arms and ticked off about searches at the airport, full body scans, pat downs. People in the USA would rather have convenience than safety. If you don't want the safety features, don't fly, it's a privilege not a right. Same with anything else, such as attending a sporting event, people are upset over searches, it's not about their "rights", the people complaining about it are only upset because they can't sneak in their own alcohol, again, convenience over safety. Now to the event today. A very sad situation, but unfortunately it's not the first, and it won't be the last. Tonight there were about 20,000 in Paris who attended a quickly organized "Paris is not afraid" rally. But, this magazine has been bombed before over things that they have printed. We may think it's everyone's right and freedom to print anything they want. If mocking Mohammed will tick off some people who will retaliate, and in a big way, then why do it? If you know they will be very ticked? Yes, they have the freedom to print what they want, but they know they will be targeted for it. We have the right to say anything. But is it smart to go into a poor all black area and yell the N word? It's your right to say it, but it's not going to be your smartest move, and you will likely end up in the ER, if you're lucky. So why tempt people?

Prayers sent for her soul and the comfort of her family and friends. On the same note, two kids that I follow on FB that have cancer past away this past week. I feel awful for the families who lose a child.

I agree that he is very lucky. And more lucky that someone else wasn't hit. But there are accidents and then there is carelessness. The number of preventable deaths from firearms each year that could be avoided if it wasn't for carelessness. Thankfully he will be okay.

I agree with Bert. As its common sense. Anyone who had the slightest bit of firearm training will know you don't handle a weapon like this. And myself having a very good amount of training, I knownof several places that if Jenna working for them he would be out if a job, even if he was off duty, just them seeing the video would get him canned.

I'm pretty sure I would have ended up in jail. But hey, jail isn't the institution that those I confronted will end up. They are protesting police killing but at a military medal ceremony? If he is back any fan that keeps going to all the games is getting what they deserve! No Mikey will not lose much money with 20,000-25,000 or so empty seats per home game, but he is very money hungry and that site would get him thinking as he wants all the money he can get. Plus the empty seats will be very bad for PR. As was mentioned, Katy is very concerned about the family image and would be able to talk some sense into her father. Marvin has no business being a head coach anywhere in the NFL, and what others have mentioned there is no other team in the NFL that would have kept him this long. Just being a nice guy doesn't cut it in sports, your job is to win, and get to the playoffs and win. Ask Tubby Smith, nice guy, a good record, but he couldn't do well in post season, it goes with the job. He understood and had no I'll feelings. I don't care what his record is in the regular season, he can't win in the playoffs! And we actually had someone on here bring up the injury excuse? Keep drinking the mike brown koolaid. With the Bengals there are always excuses, if it's not one thing it's another, even with a healthy team Marvin would have prevented a playoff win with his horrible clock management skills, which have to be the worse of any coach at any level of play. Plus, as others pointed out, look at some others teams who excel even with injuries. People want to bring up other teams, but about all of them at least have won a playoff game in the past two decades. Are you a UK basketball fan? What if during Cal's time here so far the teams won 20+ games each season, heck, throw in a couple seasons where the team had almost 30 wins, but each year Cal would lose the first game of the NCAA tourney. Do you honestly think he would still be here? The answer is NO! Mike brown doesn't care about anything except making as much money as he can. Putting a product on the field that is competitive at times doesn't cut it. He has no soul, he doesn't care about the fans and he takes them as fools!

I have a few pillows, all different, including a Tempur Pedic. But the one I got a few months ago is now my favorite, a bamboo pillow I got for about $25 at the drug store. It is very comfortable.
