The reasons for the scheduling have been discussed ad nauseum. I don't know what the future holds, but I do know Trinity will play the best they are able to schedule. I applaud that and as a fan it excites me. I'd rather the Rocks lose a game to a tough team than play teams they overmatch. And losing to X isn't the end of the world. There's still plenty of season left and a post season to play. It's not like Trinity is going to fall off the football map. And there is a lot to be learned from losing a game. They'll be fine.

I can't fathom why anyone wants to pile on Fort Knox...any of the entities. If you knew what it was like to be Fort Knox right now, you'd not be saying a word. As posted above, no matter when the call was made, there wouldn't have been a game for DeSales last night. Let it just be. No need for taking any offense or placing any blame. Football is the best sport of all. But it's not (and shouldn't be) more important than life. And it's not an easy life for kids and families at Fort Knox (or any other base). And also as posted above, their coach doesn't deserve what is being said here. Prayers for his family.

Sorry to see this result. Always want to see KY teams best their out of state competition. I'm sure the next game begins a new streak, though!
