Here is an article in todays paper about Scott and the win friday talking about line play figured since most of the talk in this thread was about lineman I would throw this in. :thumb: Also there is a nice pic of Scott's new look. Both lines play big role in Scott's win

I think its sad that this post got to this point where we are talking about one player on Newport. As a team they did not play well at all. Scott came out ready to handle business and I think played ok. They still have things to work out as well on the defenive side of the ball but they are a young team and I think really fun to watch. I am glad things are turning out well and Dan has done a great job with the program and things will only get better for the Eagles. Also all this talk about Johnson from Newport he will be playing at the next level and when he gets the college coaching I believe you will see great things from him but thats just my opinion.
