You really think the game was closer than the score> Southern was in the red zone 1 time. Souther had 50 yards rushing on 35 attempts and 48 yards passing. SW had 397 total yards of offense. SW had 3 big plays called back from holding all three put them inside the 10. SW also fumbled on 2 good drives. I felt like the game could have been 45-0. Oh and Zebra same offense....same plays. Few more runs but just had trouble throwing the ball. Glad your concerned though.

Prestonburg should be in place of Owen County.....Owen dropped Casey. and its @ Casey Green County is @ Green

Harry Doyle is pretty close. This has been building the last few years. The school system just wont make a commitment to bring in assistants. They have one coach that teaches in the system for the entire high school and middle school program. It took 10 years to see the writing on the wall but I guess finally did see it.....There is just so many barriers to success at Casey County and it finally gets to you I think. Coach football and softball dont leave much time for anything else thats for sure.....

Cole is a great kid that started playing football as a Junior. Great work ethic. :thumb:

Somerset is in the victory formation....will win 29-26

26-14 BC :20 till half

Casey had opportunities to score earlier in the game and couldnt punch it in......If we did the holdings wouldnt have mattered....

It is the Teco Bowl game.....

Casey was up 21-16 with the ball and two straight holding calls brought back 2 first down runs. Casey endend up 3 and 27 and didnt make it and was forced to punt from the 12 yard line a bad snap game Perry the ball on the Perry 10 yard line. They punched it in and went up 22-21. Casey got it back with about 2 minutes left and drove to the 50 before turning it over on downs. Good game.....

Whats was the Walton Verona vs. Casey County score...? How was the game?

Any news on the Barren County job....Interviews?, anything?

Maybe you should worry about your 0-3 Titans......

What does South have coming back. How was there numbers?

We have 21 Freshman, 6 Sophs, 3 Juniors and 6 Seniors...(one sr is out for season).. We start 11 Freshman in 22 spots on Varsity..... In JV we start 9 Freshman and 2 sophs on offense and 8 Fresh, 2 sophs and 1 Junior on D.....

We had both 2 JV tailbacks and our JV QB was out. We just had 4 or 5 injures the week before and nobody to fill in for them....

Thought I would fix the other one that got closed....:thumb:

Casey looked good tonight played solid defense. Casey got the lead with 31 seconds left to play and held on down the stretch.:ylsuper:

The Hawkes kid is a great player. He plays hard every snap......

1st and goal on 1 they get a few downs to try for the touchdown first....

They arent outcoached there buddy. The score was 21-30 with 8 minutes left in the game. Casey had ball on Trimble 1 yard line with a chance to make it 28 - 30 but had a mental mistake and missed a field goal. Casey threw for 195 yards and ran for 170 tonight.

Both teams played hard Evarts won in a game type format 19-13.

Yes we stay in the locker room....we stayed all this week.

At Casey County we have went 7am -9:30 and 10pm - 12am every night this week...Only way to get out of the heat

Also Jumper1 Caseys numbers from 92 til 99 averaged about 15 on the roster do you think that was politics....

If you can play you play....I guarantee you that. Politics are far from the coaches mind. Casey has had some good athletes in the past and a few parents are jealous of those kids that leads to some bad blood. Trust me I know few coaches that let politics come before winning. :thumb: The facilites are much nicer than they were. The field is bermuda the grass looks great but we have some waves in the field were working on. The field has has 45 lockers a meeting/film room with a projector. We have been playing catch up for a while now but we have decent equipment and pretty good facilities.
