Owensboro improved over the course of the year and so did CAL. But don't imply that CAL while rotating QBs was not playing well, Burke was 9-13 passing vs Owensboro and the backup was 8-8 passing that game. When the CAL players got healthy it helped the defense, and the offense was on full throttle since game one. The 2025 CAL team was very good! Trinity is probably the only team in the state that could beat them.

Trinity has way to many playmakers for South Warren to account for! They made St X look silly. This will be another 3-peat for the Rocks!

I think Atherton has the athletes and physicality to win. Bowling Green has good players too and I'd say the BG coaching staff has an edge with experience and tradition. I think if Atherton can stay disciplined and not beat themselves they can win. This should be a really good playoff football game. I'd say BG wins.

Jeremiah Jackson would be number 1 on my list. The others are real good players but they are not him.

The Dec 1st game with Ballard vs North Oldham will be very interesting to see if Cole Edelen & Bookie Cook will be eligible by then.

Trinity will win state this year and next year pretty easy! The defense is top notch. The offense is good, but it’s not at the Beatty level teams of the past. Sorry!

This game will be a joke. They really should eliminate the first round of the playoffs. The top two teams of each district should make the playoffs and the other teams should be done. It's not good for either team when the running clock starts in the beginning of the 2nd quarter. Last year's first round game for Trinity vs Southern was just awful for both teams.

The Trinity Defense will be ready to shut down Carmel. I have not been impressed with the Carmel game strategy the past few years when they have played the Rocks. I expect to see the Trinity Run game be strong and a Trinity win by 2 TDs. The Rocks need to win the turnover game!

Trinity should win by several TDs. Douglas is down and the Trinity D is very good. I'd be shocked if Douglas scores more than 7.

With Edelen leaving Male, then that probably makes X the team to beat in region 7

I'd expect X to handle Owensboro rather easy.

How did the two QBs look running the ball in the two scrimmages? In the past several years Cantwell's QBs seemed to have lots of yards running.

Sorry to be a Trinity homer, yes this team has a lot of talent, but its not fair to mention this team with the 2011-12 team. That team with Travis Wright, James Quick and Coach Beatty's offense, sorry this team doesn't compare. Trinity this year will have a great defense, but there is no way the Trinity offense can put up the numbers that the teams in that era did!

Does anyone know if the Trinity-Springfield game will be live streamed anywhere?
