  1. Get used to it. Coach will run every second off the play clock. Heard him yell at the QB to slow it down multiple times this year. Takes 3 minutes to come up with the extremely creative play calling like slant or maybe fade if he wants to get really creative.
  2. Going to be a big one at the Fort. I think this game shows more about who Ryle truly is.
  3. Weather isn't going to be a huge factor, not as much as Simon cramped in the season opener on a cool night. I think Conner gets the edge here. From what everyone is saying they are playing clean disciplined football and Simon is not. Conner also has a huge advantage in the half time adjustment department. I'm going 35-13
  4. 162 total yards is better but still way below what we are used to seeing out of Simon.
  5. That has to be the worse Offensive output for the neers in over 20 years. Not looking good for the new signal caller, certainly with all the offensive talent they have.
  6. I think those days are gone for the neers.
  7. There are way too many great athletes for the neers. They should be on a run the next several years. These kids don’t have time to give this staff years to figure it out. Maybe the step up to was more than the new coach thought or could handle.
  8. What the heck are SK coaches thinking?? Hurry up to spike the ball on 3rd down with 20 seconds on the clock? Call a play to give your team a chance at a TD. If you’re just going to kick it, let the clock run down. Just bad, I’ve seen better clock management on the peewee fields.
  9. Not looking good for the neers. Stale, predicable offense, defense is completely out leveraged. Easy pitch and catch to slot receivers, screens/swings. If it wasn’t for several really special athletes and running every second off the play clock it would be a running clock by half.
  10. SK's athletes will keep them in this one for the first half.
  11. I think one of these is about to get exposed for what they really are....(hint: it isn't the Cheerleaders)
  12. I don't see a way this isn't a running clock by half time. The two teams SK has played at this point in the season are not good teams, they struggled with both in the first half.
  13. The talent is there...
  14. If it comes down to coaching Rocks have the clear advantage. If it comes down to players on the field, it’s one of the very few times the Rocks have the disadvantage.
  15. Not sure I would call it an upset. Not too shocked by the score.
  16. Highlands won’t take their foot of the gas.
  17. Cooper is more talented at every skill position but Highlands is going to win this one.
  18. Ryle should make it to the state finals with the teams left on that side of the bracket. 6A is wide open and Ryle has a good team at the perfect time.
  19. I'll be shocked if Ballard pulls this out. Don't see a lot of good teams Ballard has beaten. However, it would be really exciting for those kids if they pull this off.
  20. But yet he keeps blaming the athletes and coaches of one high school.
  21. Pull athletes from an entire metropolitan area.
  22. Yep, Fredrick Douglas made their program into what it is in just two years by creating a tough schedule. Got it!
  23. Games played including playoffs. SK played some teams in playoffs and the regular season.
  24. This is my point. He said SK and I'm assuming all of us other NKY 6A teams should take a look at what Fredrick Douglas did. I'm not exactly sure how all the school boards up here make decisions but I'm sure those decisions aren't made by the parents of the JV back up center or the head football coach.
