They didn't start doing it until the Bourbon game and it looked intentional to me. The following weeks I think they were trying to work on it and show a little bit of remorse. But yeah kicking it deep is a weapon for them.

He has the leg to put it in the endzone. They need to get him to put a little air under it. He kicks a dart to about the 10 and in. #5 Miller has done pretty durn well all season and they are fun to watch cover it. I have some type of obsession with special teams. In big games they play such a crucial part in win or defeat. If they pin them inside the 20 there's a good chance Henry won't make it past Lloyd's 40 in the first half.

I haven't watched the Breds as closely as you @Breds82 so I have to hold your opinion in high regard. But I have noticed on the back end of the year that the WR's have been making some plays for their QB that weren't being made during the earlier parts. It seems like Miles has started to hit his stride for the year. I have been high on Miles for a long time. I think the young man is a gamer and that's a trait that can't be taught, it's either in you or not. Something did seem off at the beginning of the year. I think health could have been throwing a lot of the chemistry off and that they really had to build the trust up to iron the chemistry out. I am glad I never wrote the Breds off not once because it looks like they are playing their best ball of the year and it's the perfect time to do so. Me and @Yall Wear High Waters have talked about how great October treated them and that there's a Make November Great Again movement. I think the biggest factors contributing to their success is they are riding that thoroughbred Bivens. That has changed the game for Miles and he looks a lot more confident. His guys are feeding off of that and making plays on the ball and after the catch. They got a good formula in tact and I think they are still getting better each week. They are right where they want to be. Has to feel good for Nevels getting back to playing playoff winning football again.

Cash and Gaiser are about to have their way tonight. Two much too handle. One of the receivers Pitzer, Bradshaw or Sanning is about be big tonight. B Smith just might sneak up on somebody too.

Anyone have any background info on how Simon Kenton has been chosen to honor hosting this great memorial? I know it has been hosted there for quite a while. With Kelsey being a Notre Dame Academy graduate, her brother Tyler being a Covington Catholic graduate and their parents living in Erlanger for atleast 30+ years I was just wondering if there was any significance with SK being tied into the equation.

I wanted to say that if they turn it over 5 times this Friday there is no way it will be competitive but in all reality it actually could be. That's definitely not a winning recipe though and I think they are going to have to play really clean football to not be at a disadvantage and win the turnover battle. Buck-Barber shows why he is probably the best DB in NKY. I see him coming up with a huge pick, maybe for 6. Sharp is a really good DB as well.

I don't think it's just that easy to "go" get somebody". It's not like college or the NFL where millions of dollars are thrown around to sway somebody's decision into one that they normally wouldn't make. Or even $100's of thousands like some, or a, school or 2 could in NKY. They are really going to need to be sold on that pool and probably a new sauna, massage chair and putting green. And apparently a new weight room.

I'll say something crazy here, not that I would ever do that...but they have a legit shot to run off a couple more undefeated regular seasons if they keep things in place and get the right QB under center next year to replace Evans. That's a bold statement but ayy? Playoff wins is what truely matters though. Done saying outlandish things. Looking forward to seeing these Juggs right now progress through these playoffs. Their built with the right pieces to go deep.

I have seen both on film. Russell might have actually had the harder schedule. I am not going to start the Cupcake Bowl stuff though. Both are solid teams.There is not a big gap between the two. They both like to do similar things and find a way to make something work for them. Stingy defenses that find ways to get timely stops and their hands on the ball. If Russell gets up on Bourbon, they better milk that clock for all it's worth. Two teams that have put up alot of points. Both teams like to strike but one is going to need to control the pace of the game. Russell is probably best designed to do that. 2 good seasoned QB's that dictate the game for their team in many different ways. Their fun to watch opereate. I think Bourbon wins and then heads to Erlanger looking to get their get back in blood. The difference for me in this one is Tyquan Rice. The guy knows how to pull the right strings, at the right time and it seems like he knows his team like the back of his hand.
