Forgot about Mayfield so you're correct but they do have 1 out of 3 but 0 for 3 and 2 in state finals is huge against BW....I still personally think he's a good offensive minded coach and I think those 2 state championship games they were as equally talented as BW and possibly did get out coach...those 2 LCA teams had much much talent. I'm remembering Xavier Brown off top of my head etc etc and he's playing good ball at Virginia right now...

LCA just can't beat Beechwood...0 and 3 in last 3 big games...2 state finals and now semi finals...

Looking like a BW and OC state championship game in which I predicated back in August or should I say last December after Mayfield won state championship...

We/Mayfield got our first 2 actually back to back in 77 and 78...17 since 84 is impressive

In far west kentucky low 40 high today to mid 20 by night...man of man but real fans that are able let's tough it out...

Man it was ELECTRIC as announcer said last year just not sure what happened this year?....red helmet does provide a good service for those that can't attend the games especially out of towners...but I can see were streaming can hurt certain schools gate profits...and elect to not stream...thanks for reminding me of how ELECTRIC it was last year...

I am with you I like butts in seats as that's the whole point of home field advantage. Butts in seats is what the kids feed off of and get motivation from... As much as I love red helmet video streaming, I was very disappointed in the attendance at Mayfield when we played LCA this past Friday. ..it was nothing compared to last year...not sure if it was 6pm start or what...or is it that streaming is killing attendance but you would think not in big games such as that one or even this one...

Just sitting here watching playoff game of Mayfield and Beechwood from last year...no football on Thanksgiving weekend is not good....can't get use to this...

Right and don't discard the defense and shutting down the Mayfield receivers.....I could easily see LCA moving him to QB. He has to have some talent to have transferred in not sure if it was spring or when school was out for summer and already starting at DB, getting reps at WR and RB and even returning punts...all this as a sophomore not a hold back or reclass...

Wow just watched a few of his games and you're absolutely correct this kid has a heart, tough and some athleticism...very exciting to watch when a kid plays the QB position and possess those kinds of skills and the coach tries to scheme around them ..

Man you just got me hyped up enough to go to this game....I have seen Paducah so now I need to see this Corbin offense....wow...

With the success that they're having with this running QB why wouldn't you plug in another similar player if you have him on your team and he'll be just a junior. Plus as a Mayfield fan I saw Murray beat Mayfield twice and Graves once with him playing QB and DB in the 8th grade running that boring offense the Coach Bowling ran with a twist...when I watched LCA on YouTube prior to them playing Mayfield this KID jumped off the screen and then I realized who he was because his dad coached at Murray State that's when I definitely knew WE were in trouble and he actually had another good game against Mayfield in LCA’S lopsided win...just gotta know football

I have seen OC twice in person this year and just seen BW on YouTube and of course seen LCA in person against Mayfield and man if anyone can stop their running game good luck but not saying impossible..just anxious to see if BW can stop them period but also seeing of LCA can stop them but again a good running game can neutralize another teams good offense and speed..But hey OC is tough....

After watching LCA and Mayfield game several more times on YouTube I've switched from BW to LCA and even possibly winning state..Red Helmet and all of Mayfield had stats of LCA running the ball 70 percent and to the RIGHT a majority of the time and we still couldn't stop it, not counting all the penalties they had and still won in dominate fashion...even if BW knows this stat can they stop it and don't get caught up like I think we did that they can't pass the ball...a solid running game, good line play and defense usually can contol the speed of another team..I know we're not as fast as BW but they made us look slow...I like number 10 at QB and how they transformed their game to his strength..I can see them continuing this next year and putting number 7 at QB as he played that in Middle school before...

What I am trying to say is certain Mayfield fans (you know who you're) will cut off their nose to spite their face...its one thing I don't do is bash kids or people on this site. Call me what you want my issue was last year when someone was critizing a player stats from Murray that transferred to Mayfield and saying his stats was against weak opponents when Mayfield and Murray play in same district and similar team (LOOK it up) and he helped US when a state championship especially when Brajone was gone and I didn't think it was possible to win without him.....if I was a Murray fan I would of been MAD he transferred and helped Mayfield win state...so call me what you want...I am a Mayfield fan, won state championships at Mayfield and a fan of football...we can't win them all and make excuses when we don't. LCA out played us in every part of the game and the score could of been 54 to 7..that's total domination in all parts of the game including the athletes we were supposed to have that was just as good as LCA....that kind of domination cries that not only were they better but some changes need to be made especially offensively etc...so call me what you want..its time to put this baby to bed and start cheering for Paducah the lone far west Kentucky team left but some Mayfield fans like you can't bc you mad they beat us..I said it at the start..this team wasn't as good as last year and OC, LCA and BW was as good as they were last year...its time to put this baby to bed and stop crying...

Before I pick em...I have to see more of Beechwood who initially was my strong 2nd but now that I have seen them up close and personal how they man handle my Mayfield cardinals I am leaning towards them...

I remember we talked last year about the coaching staff getting the ball to a certain player and someone maybe you (you know who you're said go to the coaching staff) and someone said why should we have to go to a paid coaching staff to do their job so maybe they don't know what they're doing)...well someone did go to the coaching staff...sometimes you gotta coach when you're not better than other team...as someone said the game has caught up and we still let certain players play because of their names etc and refuse to change...Mayfield just has some old die hard fans that don't want to acknowledge da truth nor change and fine with being RUNNER up or losing in 2nd or 3rd round in past 10 years
