For this time of year, the prognosis for this Friday is fairly normal. The mid- to lower-forties will be the starting temperature. As they move eastward out of the state, partially overcast skies will be clearing from the area surrounding the I-75 corridor. By the end of the games, temperatures should drop into the low 30s to upper 20s. Additionally, as the night goes on, the wind chill will be a problem, with readings in the mid to low 20s. Right now, there is no chance of precipitation.

Update:

Air temperatures in most of Kentucky west of I-75 will be in the mid to upper 30s starting at approximately 5 p.m. EST. The temperature could reach the upper 20s for some people east of that point. The wind-chill at the beginning of the period will be between the mid-20s and the low-30s.  It will feel like the lower 20s as the air cools, and by the conclusion of that period, it will be in the mid- to lower teens. Right now, no precipitation is anticipated.
