  1. Congratulations to Highlands for shutting Ryle out in a scrimmage game (21-14). A scrimmage is used as an opportunity to have "practice" or "controlled game setting" against a different opponent, as opposed to your own team. I can assure you, from a pretty reliable source, there was no game planning done before the scrimmage.
  2. Can we quote you on that next year when it pertains to an or will it be a rebuilding year?
  3. You're correct in the difficulty of replacing both Belk and Savage. However, there is another Savage who is a freshman. I've heard from a pretty good source he is pretty impressive for a freshman.
  4. It was the freshman team. There were no sophomores on that end of the field for the Raiders.
  5. 2020 wasn't a first round loss. Ryle list to Dixie in the District Championship game. Each team got a week off after the regular season. They were scheduled to play Campbell in the first round. Campbell had to forgo forfeit due to covid. The loss to Dixie I will give as underachieving in they district championship.
  6. Last year they split o line and d line and took them through position specific drills. That portion concluded with 1v1. They had a break then did the challenge. I can't recall each event but one was a med ball toss relay, sled push, tug of war. I want to say there was maybe 6 events.
  7. @OGRaidersman Ryle's football program currently has 7 coaches on staff that were former players.
  8. Gabe also was accepted into West Point. An outstanding young man.
  9. Hearing the same. That means potentially 3 new head coaches in nky 6a!
  10. I'm not sure about others in the state, but those mentioned from nky, were definitely not on Pendleton's level. 16 solo, 53 assisted, 69 total, 12 tfls, 8 sacks, 2 forced fumbles,2 recovered 6a - 25th in tackles 6a - 2nd in sacks 6a- 8th in fumbles 10th in the state for sacks
  11. Incorrect, Derrick was not from Ohio. Started off at Holmes High School.
