What pick did Harrison County have this year? It had to be either #1 or #2.

Harrison County, Bourbon County, & Campbell County are the front runners. The Lady Camels return everyone (except the LF: #3 hitter Sarah Terhaar) from last year's 18 win Regional runner-ups.

I agree. But the way the system is designed to have the districts alternate picks from year to year, it doesn't also give the top teams the best draw.

I don't believe that is an accurate statement (blind draw). I believe that the districts rotate picks like what was posted earlier. Can anyone verify this for the upcoming basketball draw?

If jahearme is correct the 10th Region will more than likely have Mason County & Harrison County in 1/2 of the bracket and GRC & CC together in the other. :ohbrother:

How close to 2500? Will they have to get to Sweet 16 and beyond or is she able to get there during Regionals?

Valhalla -- actually Mason County was the team that knocked out the Lady Camels last year and GRC beat the Lady Royals to advance to the Sweet 16. Having the tournament at Mason County might give them a little boost to make some noise in the 10th Region.

The 1st place District teams will try to avoid playing the Lady Camels until the Finals which will pit a good semi-finals game. In softball the teams rotate the order of teams that are placed on the bracket. Does basketball operate in the same fashion?

Is KHSAA using the International Tie breaking for all games that are tied immediately or will they play 1 or 2 innings of regular softball to see if that will settle the tie?

I was told by a reliable source that Ms. Niece looks very uncomfortable on the floor. I would guess that she is reluctant after suffering a serious knee injury and jeopardizing her future at NKU. Mercer County defeated the Lady Camels head to head in December. That should have criteria in placing them in the polls. Why should they be placed ahead of them? Is it because CCHS lost to SHA by only 1 point while Mercer County got blown out?
