It all comes down to how those critical injuries the Rocks suffered last week play out. If some injured players return, and others step up, i see a Trinity win by 10 points. If those players that are injured do not return and those promoted to the starting lineup fail to perform, i see Mighty Moe winning by 7. This is playing out to be a season of “what if”

With probably less that 100 boys in the whole school, i do not see how they keep the doors open, or will be able to field a football team for many more years.

It will be closer than last year, but the Colts have nothing to worry about. 41-20 DeSales.

I think the frosh game will be very competitive. I hope Trinity wins, but i think X has more talent this year. X wins 28-14.

When do the frosh play ?

The coach is complaining about no leadership. No one steps up in critical situations. Sit the seniors for a game or two. Play your outstanding juniors and sophomores. And see if that results in a little more desire to step it up. With all the injuries this would be a great time to play all underclass men. With some of these players that are injured, i don’t see them returning to the lineup in the near future. Beatty is frustrated they can’t close the deal.

Freshman Q-Back that is impressive. How many freshmen are playing football? Are the numbers good ?

Coach Beatty had many interesting comments in the courier journal article this morning concerning the second straight Trinity loss of the season. I would urge everyone to read it, and comment.

Can someone tell me what that coach from Mater Dei is chewing on ? It looks bizarre.

Going to be a somewhat down year for KCD this football season.

I believe that Christian Academy is only a few more years from scheduling Saint Xavier and Trinity in varsity football. Their talent level is growing by leaps and bounds.

The game no way as exciting as the Trinity vs Warren Central game. Mater Dei blowing them out of the game.

What facilities. The school buildings themselves are outstanding. Look at the aerial view of the school Bishop Gorman. Looks like a fine college campus.

Who was playing Q-Back for Manual ? Name and class.

I believe this year’s Male team is the real deal. I would rank them neck and neck with Trinity. I wish Male would play a tougher schedule to better judge their talent compared to a team like Trinity.

The Panthers are very much like Ballard. Tons of talent with very little to show for it.

Holy Cross is going to have a very fine season.

In my eyes,based on last weeks DeSales vs Saint Xavier game i have to rank this as a mild upset. Butler is emerging as the definite 6-A dark horse. The Bears could make some noise in the playoffs.

Compared to the Warren Central players they are small.

The game came down to that 3rd down pass in the flat that the Trinity Q-Back over threw. That catch would have resulted in a first down, and the result, Trinity wins the game. Christmas comes early again for the second straight Trinity opponent. Terrible Linebacker play all game.

Two gifts given, two games lost. When the going gets tough, the Rocks disappeare.
