  1. I can't wait to watch Bryan Station vs Boyle County next year. Station got some young studs in that Freshman and Sophomore class, be interesting to see how they do against Boyle and what they have returning.
  2. I'm starting to think Trevor Ellis might be the best player in the 12th Region. His numbers this season are crazy!!
  3. I agree! They got what it takes, BUT an undisciplined team will never beat Boyle County. They do have the athletes to match up with Boyle.
  4. Emmanuel Dut is so strong and athletic, Boyd and Fugate are solid. DCA got a nice team. When does the other 6'9 kid get eligible for DCA?
  5. I think Bixler was out with the flu. Still a good win for Lincoln. The Horton twins who didn't play last year have given Lincoln a huge boost on both ends. Boyle lacks an inside presence. Hager quitting really hurt Boyle. They struggle rebounding the basketball.
  6. Senior Blade Nuchols hits a 3 at the buzzer. He finished with 22 points. Boyle County was led in scoring by Demauriah Brown with 27 points.
  7. Finals of the 12th Region All A. DCA too much size, Big Lua almost had a triple double. 9 points, 8rbs and 8blocks. DCA is clearly the best team in the 12th region this year.
  8. Better get there to watch the girls game if you want a seat. I don't think Burgin has cameras in there gym so no live coverage. I hope Somerset wins but I think DCA pulls it out.
  9. Boyle has to find some shooters. They got a lot of shot takers but not enough shot makers! Other than Guy Turner I would let every other player shoot all game. I think the younger Driver needs to start over the older Driver. The younger one gets way more done. To beat Boyle just play zone and find Guy Turner.
  10. Warren Central is just now getting all there good players back including Kade Unseld. Boyle loss is a mystery.
  11. Mabe went out 2nd qtr with knee injury. I heard Demauriah Brown and Montavin Quisenberry combined for 13 steals.
  12. DCA has all the pieces to win the 12th region, they have played probably the toughest schedule as any team in the 12th region so far. Danville on the other hand looks like a JV team other than Trea Page. He's a player.
  13. Add in that Cash Baird is the best Freshman in the 12th. He's a stud! Coach Jackson just don't have a Freshman starting at PG unless you are a stud!
  14. Boyle is not very good! I think Lincoln County and DCA come out of the 45th District this year. It also wouldn't surprise me if Danville beat Boyle this year.
  15. Look out for JaKeem Ray and Clifton Yocum two kids that couldn't play last year that transferred from Danville. Both will play and should start. Also look for Junior to be Bubby McPherson to have a break out year on defense. Rebels are loaded!
  16. Every since Coach Jackson put the Horton twins in the starting lineup Lincoln has been a different team.
  17. I think Boyle returns 8 starters on Defense, they will be tough again next year. Quisenberry will be the best player in the State and I look for a breakout year for Demauriah Brown replacing Bodner at RB. I also think Coach Haddix will use Brock Driver more at TE next year.
  18. Owen Barnes is the only player I've ever watched that went right at the DCA big with success. Owen puts his shoulders right in his chest.
  19. Dut was the most athletic player on the court and it showed. He got to the rim anytime he wanted. I still think it will be Boyle and DCA in the 45th District Championship. Boyle will get a lot better and will start to hit shots.
  20. I don't understand why Boyle County don't press. They haven't played that 1-3-1 this year either. With Bodner, Brown, Quisenberry and Turner they should be able to press teams. I don't think they will be good enough in the half court to not press. Last year they could sit back because they had Tarter in the back erasing a lot of mistakes.
  21. LCA losses a lot of great seniors, don't know if they can challenge Boyle County next year.
