Good looking roster. Hayes is listed at 6'9; he is easily 6'10 or 11....kid is a beast and Davenport might be the most underrated person on the roster. Solid team

These moves may have a lot to do with qualifying academically.

I didn't see a lot of perimeter work with him during the season. Breaking down defenders off the dribble etc. Is this because he can't do it or he isn't allowed to do it within the system of the team.

They all pretty much play the same position. Community college/JUCO's are cut-throat....every man for himself. That situation is gonna get interesting in a hurry. Also on one of the coaches tweets I noticed he welcomed everyone but Lewis.

I know people are gonna jump on the Larue train and fairly so; they played very well down the stretch this past season. But they are losing the PG King, and he by far was the most talented player on the team. They have huge physical bodies; but they don't necessarily have a high bball skill set. They are great kids and they play very hard; but without King stirring the drink, I don't think they will be as good as they will be projected.

Agreed. And I've seen all 10 play. It's just hard to quantify and say who is the best. They all face different challenges on their respective teams. But the ten on this list can flat out play.

With the issues that Jay has had with grades; I have to believe that he and his camp have thought his next move out thoroughly. I certainly hope so. And I wish him the best moving forward, great kid.

S.C.'s team defense is the most underrated part of their team.

Can't take anything away from Pikeville; but JH matches up much better personnel wise against WC. Also they did play 3OT's so their legs might be wearing down a bit.

Well that didn't end like I would have liked. I want to first congratulate Pikeville on making some huge shots. They just would not go away. If you've been around basketball enough, you know the Bball Gods don't shine on you some days. Every play needed to be made to win that game; Pikeville made it. I can say 100% without a doubt as confirmed by multiple players that Coach McCurry informed the kids to foul. They just didn't execute. It happens with 16 and 17 year old kids sometimes. They fought hard, they just didn't execute down the stretch to win this one. There were at least 5 free throws missed that could have essentially sealed the game. Lastly I want to say thank you to my son for a magnificent ride. I knew this chapter would come to an end but I wouldn't change one thing. Sometimes things don't quite work out as planned, it's the beauty of athletics. I've watched you grow from that kid that everyone teased, to a kid that your classmates and fans admire and adore. No dad has ever been more proud. You've handled yourself with class through it all. I know you will accomplish greater things in life; more of those won't be associated with basketball. Absolutely no one is questioning Seygan's win as Miss Basketball. You guys must be bored today at work. All I did was mention that during the banquet there was a young lady announced from one of the regions that averaged over 30 points and over 17 rebs. I then stated that those are fantastic numbers regardless of what competition you are playing against. If I could remember her name I would share it with you. Wow, please calm down.

I didn't mean to hit a nerve....in no way was I suggesting that the young lady in question should be Miss Basketball....I was just stating that those are some incredible numbers regardless of whom she was playing against. Congrats to the young lady that won and I'm sure she is more than deserving of winning.

With all due respect, we didn't do this with CJ's thread on the Gatorade POY so let's not question Trevon's selection. Let's congratulate a wonderful young man who was voted Mr. Basketball. He is deserving because he won it.
