  1. Don't let our heroin addiction fool you. The churches have a good amount of pull, and today should make that evident. I'm just glad there is a vote being held, regardless of the outcome.
  2. Going to vote at lunch. Probably an exercise in futility, though you never know.
  3. So are we dismissing the possibility he increases his trade value next season?
  4. I'm looking for somebody in the know in regards to his scoring numbers the last couple of seasons.
  5. Final from Erlanger. Montgomery stayed hot for Williamstown, leading all scorers with 23. McClendon and Jouett both with 12 for the Juggernauts.
  6. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GdZx22af_SI I hope this works.
  7. Final. Williamstown led in scoring by Montgomery with 25 including 7/9 from 3, And Gallatin by Wilson with 31, 23 in the second half. Williamstown led by 15 at the break, and McCubbin nearly tied the game at the buzzer with a full-court prayer. Fun game to attend.
  8. 7 Jacksonville 5 Houston 3 Miami 2 Bufalo 1 Arizona TB Jacksonville
  9. Final. Snapp with 23 on 9/13 but it felt like 35. He's worth the price of admission. Demons paced by Cipollone's 20.
  10. I saw this happen during a possession Friday night. The feeling is shared.
  11. Maybe we got a little ahead of ourselves with all this talk of this being a good team. I mean, they did lose to the Bucks...
  12. I agree with everything you said except this, and could even be swayed on it if I knew that ESPN hired him explicitly to discuss football, but that's none of my business, so I just have to assume he agreed to share his thoughts on whatever the topic became without throwing the organization under the bus which is the way I see it. Personally, I'm pretty tired of hearing about the bulletin board stuff and anchors pining over tweets. Such is life in 2015 however, so I just don't watch highlights or anything but games for that matter on the self-proclaimed "World Wide Leader."
  13. No, they can't put anything on the internet that's not true. I learned that on tv. But I digress. D'angelo is a hooper, and two or three years with Randle and a competent coach will have the Lakers in better shape than at any point since their last championship. Throw in Ben Simmons? Maaannnnnnn... I'm already starting to hate the Lakers again.
  14. If a BGP thread says Kobe is a cheap MJ imitation, Kobe is a cheap MJ imitation. You're right about the Lakers sucking though. It's just a shame Cheap MJ Imitation won't let them do it the natural way, by being young and dumb.
  15. Somebody forgot to tell the Texans that was the move...
  16. Everybody wants a piece of Ben Simmons man. Remember that the next time you watch the Lakers. I get the feeling Cheap MJ Imitation is playing so much to ensure they keep their protected pick.
  17. I kind of like it. The 4/5th grade team I coached was only allowed to play man, but with zone you can teach help defense and pressuring a ball-handler to a certain part of the floor fairly easily. Either way, there are going to be deficiencies, but it's always good to have kids learn to play and attack different defenses and offenses.
  18. Porzingis may get it solely because the Knicks finally made a good decision.
  19. Absolutely. And part of his job I to discuss the topics presented t him, not get all wound up and say he would walk off if he weren't being paid to be there. He would not have taken issue with Shady saying he was having Chip over for Christmas, so why should he be upset about what he actually said? I realize there are holes in my logic, and I do agree with Herm that ESPN has gotten away from talking sports. But I don't see reason for him to be so fired up about this, considering he knew what type of organization he signed up to work for. The same organization knew people would be having this discussion, which is why the topic was brought up on air. And here we are, doing exactly what we're supposed to do.
