Do me a favor and watch his highlights he deserves to be 1st team. Anyone who has seen him play knows he was the best of the three backs and they fed off him because defenses focused on him. Logan Holbrook - Hudl

I will say it again he is a top 3 RB in the state. Morehead has offered, Has preferred walk on to UK, and will have more offers here soon. The comment about the other two 1000 yards rushers was made to say that his numbers would have been even better if he didn't have to share the ball as much. The only other RB that I think deserves to be 1st team is Pugh. Ask anybody who has seen the kid live and in person he definitely deserves to be 1st team.

Holbrook is not a surprise at all if you have seen him play this year. The kid is everything you want in a football player if he were 2 inches taller he would have multiple big time offers and he had to share a backfield with two other 1000 yard rushers. I can guarantee you Holbrook is a top 3 RB in the state.

It will be the best defense Shelby has seen all year by far not even close. This is going to be a defensive battle and a great game by two quality teams.

You are crazy if you think Shelby is putting 42 on that defense it will be the best they have played. I have seen both teams this will be a 14-10 type game. If 32 is playing for John Hardin Shelby will be in for a long night on offense.

You might be right they may be overconfident but I'm sure last years Central game is still in the back of their minds, but as you said that's why we play the game.

I don't think there is a big difference between John, Spencer, and Shelby but I'm not sure any of them can touch south warren right now

in most cases that would be true but John does have that kind of depth when their running back went out I actually thought the backup #3 was a bit better than the starter but is young, the backup center was their biggest offensive lineman on the field and didn't seem to struggle

From a Spencer county fan I think this game will be a flat out war, if John Hardin can stop and block manica they will have a good night, personally I would take John Hardin in a low scoring contest.

Don't let the Franklin county score fool you Spencer was up 33-7 at the half and came out a little lackadaisical letting Franklin county back in it, the Bears could have scored on their final drive as well but decided to take a knee inside of Franklin counties 20 or so. Let's not act like John Hardins schedule was murders row either they beat who they should and lost to the teams they should. This is the biggest game in Spencer counties short history and I expect the Bears to play a great game. I hope this is an exciting one as I feel both of these schools have quality football programs and play a great style of football.

Spencer and John run basically the same offense, expect this to be a hard hitting game by two well coached teams, lots of downhill football.

Boyle will win by as much as coach Smith wants them to win, Waggener has had a nice turn around but isn't even close to the level of Boyle county. The fact that there is even conversation that Waggener might win is just nuts.

That is true they only had 13 points with 6 to play but if spencer scores either of the times they got stopped on their goal line I feel as if the game would have opened up and spencer would have rolled but kudos to Collins for putting those stops together. Either way these are two very good football teams.

Collins held them down? Spencer had 500 plus rushing yards and 35 points. As for the North Oldham game it was the worst field conditions I have seen in a long time neither team could move the ball because of the conditions. North Oldham is better than what their record shows and they will have a big say in the district standings.

All of their yards were rushing the only completion came on a two point conversion. Spencer had a mistake filled first half with holding penalties and fumbles, this kept the game close for a while but in the end Spencer's rushing attack took over.
