All of them I believe.

Campbell County 64 Bracken County 59 (10th Region Semifinals)
Woah wait a second, I never once said a word about Brady Jones at all in any thread. I said I wasn't impressed with Campbell County as a team in general, please do not include me as someone who bashes a individual for having a poor performance in a game. You will not ever see me do that because I know they're kids and not robots. I said Austin didn't get enough help offensively to win the game, which was proven in the stats, there's a very big difference. Thanks, Mike.

Yes you will, clearly they weren't all transfers that came in this past season, but at one point or another they did transfer in and are not originally from Winchester.

How have transfers effected you area, and how will Charter Schools effect it
My source was a GRC alum, I contacted him to get the names and will get back to you when I hear from him. Once again, I have no "agenda" I'm a sports fanatic and call it the way I see it. If you don't like it then that's not my problem.

Not 100% sure on the names of the individuals but my source was at the game, as was I, and called it out to me. And yes my source was a neutral observer and not a MC fan or had any connect to the MC program.

I've always applauded kids from small schools that stay there and make something big happen. Brent Bach did it against Mason Co, and at the time it killed me, but looking back on it now I'm glad he stayed at Augusta instead of going someplace else. @AndOneDad made a great choice by staying put in Augusta, even though his son broke my heart not once but twice lol

2017/2018 10th Region
I want to agree with you, but I can't. Burden is RC's best player, but that doesn't make him a top player in the Region. He scores a lot because of the type of schedule they play, but it's unfair to those of Canada, Allen, Dunnaway, Lofton, etc. to put him in that category. No disrespect to that young man at all, I just don't consider him to be a top player in the region.

2017/2018 10th Region
GRC will likely win both boys and girls next season. The girls is more assured than the boys, but it wouldn't shock me to see both trophies going back to Winchester.

2017/2018 10th Region
This seems accurate to me, we'll be going back to the early 2000's with the larger schools back on top of the Region again as all the smaller schools lost a lot to graduation.

I'd like to hear your opinion on the Charter Schools, I don't know much about the topic.

Campbell County 64 Bracken County 59 (10th Region Semifinals)
I 100% agree with this statement, you don't get better by playing Robertson, St. Pat, and Harrison two times every year. I'd rather lose games in the regular season to high quality teams and be more prepared for the post season than play an easy regular season schedule, have a winning record, and not be prepared come tournament time.

Not classifying any of them as recruits, the KHSAA has cleared them and that's that. Just want to discuss the impact those transfers have had on programs.

How have transfers effected you area, and how will Charter Schools effect it
It has come to my attention the past few years that transfers have made huge impacts on the athletic programs of schools throughout the state. (Boys and Girls) I've been around high school basketball just about my entire life (watching not playing) and have seen transfers come to schools in what should have been down years and make them Championship contenders. So heres my region: 10th Region Boys- Not any significant effect from what I've seen Jeryd Jones went from GRC to MoCo which is about the only one I can remotely think of in the past few years. 10th Region Girls- If you've been on BGP the past 3/4 days you've seen me make comments about GRC. Some of those comments have been a bit harsh, but that doesn't take away from the fact that everything I've said has been facts. This should have been a down year for GRC as they lost quite a bit to graduation last season, but wrong. Transfers came in and right back to Championship contenders they went. At one point in the 10th Region Championship Game Saturday night all 5 players on the court for GRC were transfers as well as one checking in at the scores table. That being said, have transfers impacted other areas or just this one? Please do not take this post the wrong way, I just thought it would be better to create a thread on the topic instead of discussing it on pregame/post game threads. Also: How will Charter Schools effect things if/when it gets passed?

You just have to keep rubbing salt on it don't ya?

Scott/Campbell County predictions (10th Region Championship)
To me Campbell had very very poor shot selection last night, wish I had a dollar for every corner fade away midrange jumper they took. If they take poor shots tonight Scott will burn them in transition.

Scott 70 Paris 67 (10th Region Semifinals)
The kid can play, and in a fast pace game like this he's gonna score, that's just how it goes. Nothing to be embarrassed about at all IMO. Most of the 46 were contested shots around the bucket, it's not like he was just pulling up when he crossed half court like Lamello Ball. Paris tried and thought they have a grea effort defensively, the kid is just that good.

Scott 70 Paris 67 (10th Region Semifinals)
I do want to thank the officials for letting the kids play tonight, this was such a fun game to watch. If it was called as tight as the 1st game tonight was it would've been awful.

Worst 10th Region Tournament ever??
The Campbell/Bracken game wasn't near as fun to watch as Paris/Scott was but it was a close game. I don't think I've enjoyed watching a high school basketball game as much as I did the night cap tonight though. Fast pace, high intensity and bodies flying everywhere. Kudos to the officials for letting the kids play tonight in the Paris/Scott game, if it were called like the Bracken/Campbell game it wouldn't have been near as much fun.

Ohmer has a better supporting cast than Crawford does IMO, but tonight he proved without a shadow of a doubt that he was the best player in the Region. Not meaning any disrespect when I say this, but he's much much better than Cumberlands. Kid should be playing at a much higher level than that.

Scott 70 Paris 67 (10th Region Semifinals)
Thank you for accepting the result of the game with class and respect. I thought Paris played a great game for 3 quarters, the 3rd quarter was rough on them as it seemed like they barely had any FGs at all. I was pulling for Paris tonight just for the simple fact I felt like they let last year get away from them when they blew the 19 point lead to Mason County. If the Greyhounds shoot better from the free throw line they win this game, but it is what it is. Goodluck to your kids and the Paris seniors in their future endeavors, those kids can flat out ball and laid it all on the court tonight.

Campbell County 64 Bracken County 59 (10th Region Semifinals)
Just for the record, I said Bracken couldn't win unless all 5 starters supported Crawford offesnively. Campbell ALMOST played poor enough for him to do it alone, but it's just impossible to carry a team to the 10th Region Championship game by yourself. It was fun and interesting while it lasted Polar Bears. Best of luck to the seniors on their future endeavors.

Scott 70 Paris 67 (10th Region Semifinals)
He has nothing to be disappointed about? Paris played a great game and fought back, just didn't make the FT's to win. It was an epic comeback and game, I was hoping for OT.

Scott by 4. I was very impressed with Scott tonight and Campbell disappointed me.
