Look at what HC has done to the star player of the opposing team each of their 3 games. The matchup zone played by HC is 2nd to none. Morgan Rich will have trouble today getting off her shots. NO one said Boley had a "off" night that I seen.

You can always tell who follows high school basketball and who are just "homers". I guess some think Maci Morris will be undeserving of her Ms Basketball due to her poor shooting against HC. I'm guessing with Mustang's 6225 post on here, that was his most ill-informed post to date.

That was a offensive showcase by both teams. Each team was finding the open player and she was converting at a high percentage. That was a fun game to watch, and Green is a beast. Has she committed yet? I know S Ill. was there salivating the entire game. Henderson was turning the ball over late, and couldn't get over the hump. The fast pace wasn't comfortable for their guards as every time they was within a couple points, a turnover happened. I think they will dominate the 2nd region for years to come, but will that be good enough for their fanbase?

Im biased I admit, I love the All A, in both soccer and basketball. My son cherishes his ring from soccer a couple years ago. BUT, at the end of the day, he was as sad as the rest of the team when they was beat by ST X a month later. The team goal was to go win the "big one". Basketball is the same, as at the end of the day, in order to get statewide recognition, you have to win on the big stage. No one really remembers who won the All A a month later, other than the member schools who participate. I hear way more chatter about public/private schools than I do "All A". Every year a catholic school wins(pick a sport), all you hear is, they cheat, they play by different rules, blah blah. So if I'm a public school parent, I would spend more time regarding public/private/catholic debates than trying to keep a small school out of a tournament which was meant only for them. Look at all the winners in high school sports, catholic schools have huge success. The non co ed schools have a huge advantage to their competitors, you can not deny it Now that Etown is out, I will root for HC the rest of the way. Nothing better than watching a small catholic school make some noise on the big stage. I guess if you ever went to a small school, you would understand how gratifying it is to win. The old adage , "It's a small school thang, you won't understand" still holds true, 9 pages and counting proves it.

justsayin, I don't see Etown winning 9-10. Maybe a split would be fair to say. As said before on here, it was a matchup nightmare for Etown. HC has length, and steady guard play and play well at a snails pace. And BTW, no pain here, as the only pain I will have is if Duke comes back against Notre Dame.

Your so correct, it could have been worse. Take Etown's 9 point blank misses and missed free throws, this could have been ugly. Thanks for the humor, hahaha
