Battle of unbeatens. Could this be a test for the Colts?

Washington County played hard last week. We just overmatched them. We were subbing out starters in the 2q. Pirtle didn't even dress. CAL shouldn't even struggle in the least.

Next year trade Caldwell for Mayfield in the West.

This is the game that smells like a trap to me. Bardstown has to be foaming at the mouths to get us again. Especially after how bad we beat them last year. With the game being there, I can see this one going either way. I hope I'm wrong.

It's an exciting time to be a Colt! New stadium on the way, with healthy numbers coming in every year. ST X, and T will always get theirs. We are just trying to lock down the talent rich south end, which we have been pretty successful doing the last few years. We want to remain 2A for the unseen future.

35-0 at the half. We got a lot of the young Colts playing time tonight. Good job Washington Co. Their kids played hard all night. Just overmatched. Now we have a 4-0 Shawnee team next week.

Colts D recorded 9 sacks, and held Feggins to 7 catches 103 yards. Pirtle was pretty much in the backfield all night. Another important aspect come playoff time is special teams. Johnson hit a 40 yarder. It's nice knowing you have that in your back pocket.

Defense was nasty tonight. Very physical. Colts are starting to hit their stride.

Hurt my feelings? Hardly. lol All this talk about Warren Central in 5A, so I gave my opinion who I think will win it. What exactly has Warren Central exactly done to make them a 5A contender anyway? If they win tonight, they can be in the discussion. IMO though it's a 2 horse race with the Maroons, and Purples. Warren Central might win tonight.

This is going to be a tough one. Our defense has played very well, although not against powerhouse competition, but they are doing the things that they should. Last year if i remember correctly, the Dragons ran a lot of jet sweeps, which was successful until we made the adjustments in the second half. This year I assume that the ball is in the air more. This game could go either way. It's a hard one to pick. I think we have been pretty vanilla on offense the last 2 weeks. It'll be interesting to see if we open it up a little more this week.

31 - 0 Colts. Glad to get out of there. So many stoppages of play for water, and cramps, just hard to get into a flow. Scoreboard went dark at halftime, the lights on the field seemed like they were at half power. Very dark. All around bad night. Their heads better deflate a little.

17 - 0. Halftime. Colts sleepwalking. They better wake up 2nd half.
