I agree that until the Tigers can prove they can win convincingly over a quality opponent they will remain second. Giving up 37 per game WILL NOT get it later in the season. Defense MUST improve. However, I would love to see a Caldwell De Sales matchup in the playoffs.

Glasgow is too high. That was a bad loss to Barren County, a team they owned for the past six years.

 

Don't sleep on CAL. Everyone talks about DeSales but I'm not expecting to see a sweep either way this year in that series.

Again, Ncc has the toughest game this week. Don't kid yourself about the 5A Cooper loss, because Cooper is a lot better than advertised. They will be rising in the 5A charts soon. Initially, I think NCC was ranked too high but #7 is a good place for them right now. 6A Dixie Heights next week....the schedule doesn't get any easier but you can be the players will be ready for another 2A run.

Caldwell fans said the same thing about Murray last year. In the playoffs, it happens.

I think CAL will beat Bardstown and then lose a close game against DeSales similar to the first game last year with DeSales barely edging it out this year (CAL won the first game last year 27-24 IIRC). It will be a really good game.

Bardstown too high. We did this last year. Desales will define all in a couple weeks. If competetive, ranking is earned. If 52-7 again, then well . . .
