This was more about attitude than skill. I agree on the skill part but I believe the Joker kids were held to a different standard than his recruits. Its now time for his kids to take responsibility for their play and attitude rather than blaming others.

So what's going to be the excuse when the same exact thing happens next year? No one can blame Joker anymore, it's a really weak argument. Stoops has coached these "Joker" guys for 3 years, they should be his guys by this point.

He did earn the right to veto trade and I don't mind him looking out for himself. But from a baseball standpoint what does he have to gain from this? I don't understand why he wouldn't want to be on a contender

By the time the Reds guys are ready the central division will have a lot of turnover which is good. They'll be on the upswing when others are coming down.

Well this is the literal meaning of when you have 2 QB's you have none. If Murray never went there Allen never transfers. By having these two QBs Sumlin screwed up and didn't play either one enough. Making both unhappy. All he had to do was stick with his guns one way or another

It never seemed like Stoops wanted to run an air raid but seemed like he was forced to. Then tried to micromanage it and it caused a disaster. Bad for for everyone involved. Hopefully he finds a guy who wants to to run an offense he wants to run.

It has to get worse for it to get better. This is the only way they can build another contending team. Look what happened to Philly when they held onto their guys too long, that organization was a mess. Think if they traded Utley and Howard when they should have? This team would be the Astros 2.0, but now they are about 3 years late and are just now getting good prospects.

Give me a low strikeout guy any day of the week at the top of the lineup.

The only reason Pete didn't get reinstated was because Pete couldn't get out of his own way. If he retired quietly in Cincinnati Pete would be in the HOF today. But no, he had to keep gambling on sports, live in Vegas, and quite frankly just keep being himself. He never changed which stinks cause he deserves to be in the HOF.

My only problem is how hypocritical the MLB is. They are in bed with Draft Kings yet say gambling is a cardinal sin of baseball
