Can someone please lock this thread, this is a joke. NCC won the All A state title and they are getting rings just like everyone other participating team would have gotten. Year in and year out you see alot of the same schools in both the All A and the Sweet 16. Dont sit here and act like the All A isnt something special because it damn sure is. Everyone knows its not a KHSAA sanctioned event. WHO CARES!!!!! Same as 2A football, no school has a say in what division they are in, you beat the teams you have to beat to become STATE CHAMPS. NCC did this twice this year in both sports. Nothing said on this site can diminish what these kids accomplished this year.

Both Felts and Castleman were sick for this game also. Coach Carr will have his team prepared and ready. Count on that!

I somewhat agree until its tournament time. Dixie v. Ryle, NCC v. Covcath and the NCC v. Dixie championship game were well played and intense.

Sounds like Covcath has a really good freshmen class this year. I'm sure Ryle will be good as well, Coach Collins is a very good coach.

wa wa are you serious!!!!!! NewCath overrated. If Newcath and Holmes played 10 times they would both have won 5. NCC destroyed Holy Cross, beat Holmes and lost to CovCath by 2. Nothing overrated about going 30-3, ashland tournament champions, All A regional Champs, All A state champs and losing to a very good Holmes team in the region. No way on this planet that Cooper would have beaten NCC in the semifinals.
