Brossart could be a very tough out for Montgomery in the next round. Very disciplined, I'm thinking that they didn't take a half-dozen bad/forced shots in 32 minutes of play.

And by the way, it was a pleasure catching up - albeit briefly - with Mustang once again. Always - ALWAYS - a class act.

 

And I finally got to meet the man, the myth, the legend - TAC. My pleasure. And be sure to tell the wife that she didn't have to take so much time with her hair just on my account.

Proud of our team tonight. 21 assists and only 6 turnovers.

That's totally on me. I had a bag between games & it was delicious as always.

 

Great meeting TAC tonight & got to peek my head in & give a quick "hey" to Mustang, who was busy with some other obligations.

 

Papa hit it on the head in analyzing the 'Stangs. Very disciplined, patient, physical, & they have one of the 10th's best overall players in Saunders. Trentman played well tonight also & I was impressed with the play of both Uebel & Jennings.

 

Had a chance to talk to Bracken County's Philip Jefferson after the game. Such a good kid & he played his heart out tonight. I wish him, along with the other Polar Bears seniors the absolute best. The boys went out playing some really good basketball this last month & were fun to watch.

Congrats to Brossart for taking care of business. Congrats to Bracken for making it to the dance and playing their butts off tonight. Bracken was well prepared for the game, but as expected could not keep up with Brossarts speed and size.

Bracken did give a great effort, but struggled to score against Brossart's speed & size. The 'Stangs really get after it on the defensive side of the ball, which is the primary reason they are undefeated against 10th Region opponents.

 

I love watching games on the front row with Papa & the Kelsch boys. If you can't be entertained with that group, then you can't be entertained. :lol:
