CCH was out coached that game......from my reports....

I missed this one also, but remember it when we played in the season....."nicer in the area" is relative...... With that said...wasn't the winning goal a last second header?

Double.....I appreciate you standing up for the program....and appreciate the fact that the boys don't control the schedule........but the fact that they have given up 25 goals playing that ...perceived weaker.....schedule, is what would sway me a little if I were a voting member.....seems like a lot.

How long will the grass be at Morscher for the NDA game?

This year seemed to be much better than last year for the program. That is what is surprising to me.

Are out....... A lot of good descriptive info...... One question from it.....It mentioned that the formula uses win/lost and home field...... ....that makes sense with some of my questions from earlier posts.....ie..CCH plays most of their games (2/3) ast home this year.....just worked out that way......so if they had the same results at away games, they may have moved up a little faster.....(not questioning where they are, just an observation.) .....another observation.....if the post season is rarely played at a teams home field, do you see the accuracy going down when the post season/ regional play starts?

The other thread is NKY top players, and OPOY and DPOY are state wide, so this is a good place to have that discussion and maybe keep both threads a little "cleaner"

I see a lot of these tourny type events mid season.....Do they count as only one game like Bluegrass or is each game counted as one? Playing more than one high level game in a day, this close to the post season, really seems like taking a risk. Injuries seem to be more likely when players are playing tired. Just thinking out loud.

Whatever the situation.......it is tough for any program to have to deal with this kind of change mid season..... Good luck to the players going through this......hopefully the Seniors will step up and continue the good reports we have been hearing of this year...... Make your legacy be we were involved in moving the program forward, and with everything you do, be an example and leave things better for those coming after.....

Not discouraging anyone......not everyone sees every team and player, so trying to get facts and stats to help everyone understand why they are tops....it will be a fact that some of the top players on some teams may not start on other teams.....not even hinting that this applies to any of the players mentioned so far.... I hear you but it is NKY top players and not the top players from each team.....so only seeing St H once when CCH beat them, I would ask if they Are the top in NKY ? Trying to avoid what happened in the other thread and everyone just naming people on their teams...... So the answer may be yes, they are tops.....if so, why? Stats please

I agree YC and Stepover....Morgan is a very good talent on a team that requires him to do it all himself, unfortunately. If he had a Schneider or another Morgan like last year to take some of the pressure and focus off of him, would he have Treadway numbers?

I much prefer that number than goals and assists only because it shows just how important the player is to the team....but as mentioned many times by many people, opponent strength has to be examined......are 4 goals and a couple of assists, say against Beechwood who is in their first year and struggling better than a goal against a top NKY team? It all comes down to what parameters they use to determine it......is it numbers only, numbers and team record (if you have good goal numbers on a team that has a winning percentage around 50%), is strength of schedule considered.....
