The way the Camels are playing, not sure it would be an upset, especially looking at Dixiies last game with Ludlow

From what Ive heard from the game is Dixies pitcher had 17 k's in 11 innings. Haven't heard yet why Dixie didn't score much.

Im just saying, on most postings you read between the lines and pick out the important things that matter. I just thought you made a little much out of nothing.

I agree with playing about the same caliber of teams that BBHS has but you really can't knock their pitcher any. They have had 5 games and she has only gave up 8 runs total. Highlands has had 3 games and already gave up 15 runs total. We play BBHS on Friday, maybe we can boost her ERA for you.:idunno:

I also want to add that I think Highlands will prevail because I think they have better hitters than NCC. Neither team is going to dominate in the pitching area, so it will be who has the best hitting, and I say that goes to the Blue Birds.

Not really sure why you are asking this, but I think it depends on who shows up for Ncc. Are they going to have everyone there or is it going to be the watered down version that played the Camels?

I would go with Campbell. I hear their pitcher is preety good and their jv pitcher may even be better. So my prediction is Campbell. Where are you going to celebrate at Bump?

Yeh, I totally agree with you. I thought Simon was supposed to be preety good this year. Lloyd has not done very well and this is a huge surprise. Did Llyod have a different pitcher? Something had to be different.

I would like to comment on this thread. SSC said that nobody in northern KY thinks Shakleford and Miller are similar. I have to say I totally agree with that statement. Now saying she is not Alicia's caliber is unfair to say as a freshman. From what I have seen of Shakleford pitch, she has a totally different style than Miller. She is a pitcher that hits spots and throws offspeed pitches, Miller blow it by you. That is like comparing Francisco Cordero and Mike Leake, you can't compare, 2 totally different STYLES but both great pitchers.
