The Breds score 2 in the bottom of the 6th to pull out the victory. Senior Mehgan Millard went the 1st 5 innings and gave up a bases loaded 2 run single in the 4th. The Breds get a run back in the 4th before cashing in in the 6th. Freshman Sarah Neace picks up the victory. Both Millard and Newport's Kaitlyn Hoeh were perfect through 3, with Hoeh getting 7 K's. The Breds hitting is just woeful, thank God they can play defense.
