  1. BW by 28. Noel Rash said this is his most talented and hardest working team he's ever had. This will never be close.
  2. Well Kameron had 2 td passes and should have had another if not for a drop. When was the last time BC passed for 2 tds?!
  3. 28-0 Boone. Anyone know if southwest pulaski is supposed to be good? They don't look like a very deep team.
  4. I heard this too. Perhaps Warner was just trying to protect Elliotts reputation?
  5. I didn't see that game. But is that true? From the games I saw I wasn't very impressed.
  6. I won't bet against Elliott in this one. Pretty even teams but the best player on the field by far gives Ryle the advantage in my eyes.
  7. Generally bigger does equal more depth. Except for in private schools cases. But considering what I just stated.. That's irrelevant anyways, because that is not the case in these two schools cases.
  8. No disrespect but Cooper has been a school for 3 years...............
  9. State champs might be a stretch. But let's not forget Conner returned 5 out of 22 starters including Fogle and Mulderink going both ways. Beechwood returned 19 out of 22 according to the KY Enquirer. This scrimmage was probably a mixture of experience from Beechwood and in-experience from Conner. Beechwood was clearly the better team. But in October this is probably a much closer game.
  10. I hope you meant Centers at tight end...
  11. I am going to have to go with Cuban Missile on this post. If you look at the Top WR Thread, you will notice Conner has over 1,200 yards recieving returning. I'm sure that experience will help Barker. This being said, I wouldn't be surprised to see some growing pains. But with a weaker 5A this year and 12 games/scrimmages I would like to see him be ready for the playoffs with higher seed.
  12. The top underclassmen that had the most receiving yards last year were Jake Mulderink, Kyle Fuller, and Cameron Fogle. Two of those receivers are on the same team. (Conner) They're offense should be loaded.
  13. Is Peterson playing this year? I don't think he's been to any of their 7 on 7's?
  14. Zeke Pike and Patrick Towels are the front runners but who comes in behind them? Thoughts?
  15. From what I saw Elliott had several drops. Was he the best PLAYER on the field? No doubt. Was he the best ATHLETE? You could make an argument. Davis from ryle simply dumped the ball. They showed no ability to stretch the field. On your point about 7 on 7's. I agree. They don't tell many tales and who knows about any of these teams Olines.
  16. Overall I thought Conner looked the best. Their defense struggled. But offensively they looked unstoppable. Barker looked very impressive. The Mulderink/Fogle combination was lethal. Beechwood looked good as well. Davis threw a nice ball. I was also impressed with Vockes receiving skills. Ryle looked like an average team. Davis was solid but not impressive. I would imagine he'll just have to worry about handoffs anyways. Campbell Co and SK both struggled at the QB position. SK's defense looked good but they struggled to move the ball offensively.
  17. I believe this team will struggle. But I would look for Cooper to have very nice year in 2012. There isn't enough talent in this senior class.
  18. I believe he will play. I know he has said he won't but these are highschool kids who change their minds A LOT. Once summer comes kids often miss it and come back. He simply could have needed a break after baseball. I'm sure being a three sport athlete is extremely straining.
  19. He also had 17 INTs. No team can expect to go far with a QB that consistently turns the ball over. (Cough) (Dixie) (Cough)
  20. I believe there was even talk last year about barker starting. He seems to be more of a pure qb.
  21. I apologize. I'll work on that.
  22. He Brought A Cockiness & Swagger That They Needed For A Young Program. I've Heard Talk That Collins Doesn't Plan On Playing This Year...
