Russell County lost a lot but cupboard isn't bare. Similar things were said last year after departure of Britt. Maybe they can live up to their ranking this year.

I would still expect suspension for 1 or 2 regular season games for the head coach plus probation for the remainder of the year.

Wonder why nobody really wanted such a highly rated prospect?

To not know is not an excuse and should not have anything to do with the punishment. This is a rule every head coach should know.

Plus maybe the head coach being suspended a game or two.

Are you 100% sure about that Ram where cameras and news media are concerned? I know a team punished a couple years ago fairly heavy handed for a similar situation.

But what is serious interest differs among schools. The school that was most interested in my son only sent a couple letter and none of those hand written. Other schools have called and are more aggressive but for now have showed nothing else.

I guess my case could just be a "fluke" but I will always be thankful to RAM's articles. I am a fan as you can tell.

There is nothing in RAM' articles about letting them find you. His articles are extremely pro-active and stress the biggest hidden factor which is academics. READ THE ARTICLES AND FOLLOW THE ADVICE. They are very well written. Easy to understand, even for a guy like me that had absolutely no clue of what to do.

Just follow the advice given in RAM's articles about recruiting. I have THANKED him for these articles because what they have done for my son is absolutely amazing. We have gone to no combines. I cannot believe the responses.

I believe your information is incorrect , lakers went 1-2 in Mason County beating maybe Pike County and Robertson may not be leading in rebounds on team.

Coffey from Russell County started the last part of the season on varsity as a 8 grader.

Talked with some Rock fans that came to Laker game last nite. If information they relayed is correct his injury is severe enough to require surgury and to play may cause more permanent damage. Very sad for this elite player if that info is true. God willing maybe his shoulder will show improvement and he can somehow get back in this season.......miracles do happen! My wish is lakers get a miracle and meet Rock in regional final.

That is the information as I have it. Rock is higher seed and game would be there. I "think" this is all correct........Boyle vs. Rock will be exciting and even better if Rowe was healthy!

And by the way not necessarily on the tiebreaker according to the standards of the people I was arguing with.....however GO "LITTLE TEAM WITH NO NAME" .....we respect what you have done

Over the bitterness.....just had to get my last jab in. According to my info if Russell can get by a very nice mercer county team, then Russell Co. would play winner of Clay and Lexington Cath. If favorites win then Russell at Lex Cath

All outa teams from the 6th now ........but wait there's that team from the Lake Cumberland area......can,t remember their name or I would suggest a little respect for them. Please don't look up their name and decide to add them now, they still don't have a good body of work or the "name".

Go ahead and find ways to put Russell co. down.I never once said that Russell County was a better team and never, not ever, put Rock down in any shape or form. My argument, and I still stand by that argument, was that at that point in time considering all the facts, was that Russell should have been ranked. Wow, can't believe all the negativity toward Russell. Yes, I was at the game and Rocks line was OUTSTANDING, but Russell had a chance to win at the end of regulation. And what's up with"manner in which they score"? Did the Rocks first score not come off a fumble recovery and a short field? Yes, I was at the game and the final score was 29-27 in overtime of an away game where Russell scored 27 points on a team that had just given up 43 points all year.You can continue to belittle Russell County all you wish but turnovers don't just occur out of thin air. Russell's defense had at least a little in your eyes, but a lot in mine , in creating these these turnovers and yes that contributed to the score as it was. Even with a 2pt O.T. "away" loss to a ranked team your bias against the play and outcome or Russell County is unreal. This was a fantastic game to watch worthy of all the hype. Great play by all the players. Rock is a wonderful team with a dominating line. Congradulations Rockets, loved watching your team and deserving of all the praise. If we can't win state, hope you guys or someone in our district does. GREAT GAME AND WIN

Not my gripe where they should be.....just that they should be there.....but to give you an honest answer: Right now, before we play Rock everyone, including most of you, think that Russell and Rock is gonna be a real game and a close game. And most people {IMO} think we are two evenly matched teams. Assuming one can agree with my logic , If most people have this opinion, [Rock and us have comparable records with Rock having what looks like one nicer victory] then we should be ranked where all the HYPE would put us......right behind the team everyone thinks we will have an even battle with........Rock..............REGUARDLESS THANKS FOR THE GOOD DEBATE, I HAVE ENJOYED THIS ONCE CIVILITY SET IN.......TRULY.....THANKS GUYS

Guys.....but shouldn't the same apply for the other teams.....they have beaten no quality teams and have an inferior record ?

YOUR RIGHT......that example is not even close in this case. Teams played are very comparable with Russell's schedule maybe ahead in these cases[iMO]
