What seems to be the norm in our present day political environment is to create potential laws and regulations such that all responsibility is covered. If need be people of authority can enforce the regulation. Of major importance is to have the regulation in the books so someone can be held accountable. " Accountability" is the key word in our society today.

Easy to see that different people interpret these rules in different ways. Also it is very obvious that multiple teams interpret the rule as RAM does and have been going to these team camps for many years and have not changed their interpretation of these rules. It also appears that KHSAA is well aware of these team camps and the activities that are going on at these camps, and KHSAA is choosing, at least for the present time, to be siding with RAM'S interpretation of these rules. Expect no penalties to come from KHSAA over these camp activities.
