I think Sk respects most of the teams they play. But I also doubt Manual has respect for SK. Most of the time Louisville doesnt have respect for NKY.

I think the location should be neautral. In past years state has just been a home game for some teams.

I attended the Ryle vs Highlands game the first week and I can say there was around 10,000 people. There are two sets of stands and then people who stand along the fence line. It was so packed you could barely move.

Male wins 14-7.

No one in Kentucky wants to see that. people want a change, and maybe X will get knocked off by Ryle or even Sk. By the way... the only people who want X and Trinity in the finals, are their fans. The rest of Kentucky thinks otherwise. :taz:

I think that Saint Xavier is the team that everyone loves to hate. They are a true consistent winning program, and everyone wants to see something new. For instance last year when the rocks played SK. I dont think alot of people want to see X and Trinity play for the title. Nonetheless Ryle better bring their "A" game.

I think the key is Simon Kenton's O-line. They will have to come up big in this one.

I want to see Dixie come out on top, but I think Highlands will be too much, unless the Bluebirds decide to play cocky. Then maybe Dixie can spark something.

I believe he is out for the rest of the season. But I am not sure.

Maybe the home crowd will be a factor, as most home games for the Pioneers are packed, since this is a playoff game look for the rest of Independence to be a ghost town other than at Chlorine Menefee.

Ponzer, Brown, And Pace need to be senior leaders. Ponzer will run the point, and Brown will need to be strong in the paint the rest will fall in place and the other players will play soundly and to their roles

simon kenton has a lot of weapons Chambers is a rising star, sorrell can shoot but has had a tendency to turn the ball over and then senior Zack Bishop plays on ball defense like a madman, possibly the best ive seen, hes in your face and makes you think about every move. inside for the pioneers could be a weakness as far as siz they have a few tall players but they lack size (Mulberry,Grey) look for Sk to find their groove mid season

Yes Simon Kenton deserves more credit then they are getting but we can't compare scores and write off Manual. They still are a good football team who has great speed and size. I look for for the game to be a slugfest and who wants it more.

X is obviously an extremely dangerous team, but ryle can also be very dangerous with elliot and hempel in the backfield. My senses say x might come in a little cocky so look for a better game than expected i say... Saint Xavier 35-Ryle 28
