I want them photographed, fringerprinted, GPS chip inplanted to keep track of them on friday nights. And know what school they are attending next year. Seems like these kids have been at LCA for a decade now. Tired of seeing the backs of those jerseys running towards the endzone.

And it's a huge rival game. How can this be? How can we both want to win a game so bad and still be civil, joke about the up coming event and even be friends? I don't think I have seen this before. But I like it. It says alot about the fan base of both teams.

Nobody on this site from the RAMS side would say your football ingorant.(not in front of your face anyway:D). Heck I think it's a great prediction. I would love to see this one come true. None of us have a clue of what is going to happen. Ram and some others are good at guessing what is going to happen. Acting like I'm about ready to strangle the first player to come off the field. But only if this happens. Because in any other circumstances my days would be numbered at the ball field. I'm just saying! And YES you should and will get a pass.

It's a fact that coach Maynard is one of the best. But if he comes up with a defense that only allows LCA 12 points in the game. I'll shave my head, beard and eyebrows. Heck I'll be happy with them held to 12 points at halftime.:jump: And I Won't Wear A Hat . But I may wear dark sunglasses:sssh:

You never know what goes on at half time and all of us are behind the bleachers next to the bus! Take a second look after half time and see if you don't see more kids dressed in shirt and jeans. When your #1 all year. And your favored by 100+ points in the 3rd round of the playoffs. And your starters only average two qtrs a game playing time. It's easy to be loose and happy. From looking at the last meeting this should be another blow out. But you never know how the kids will react! Hopefully the better team wins. Mayfield by 28+ I don't think CC has any chance to win. From what I have read from other post during the past 12 weeks Mayfield has way to much speed.

If we have our two big men back (Rodney and AJ) for this game and everyone else healthy. This could be a very good game. Big Rodney and Brian C. didn't play the last game vs LCA. Barr wasn't healthy but is now. He's always a threat running and receiving. Our D-backs played very good against C-ville. If we go down to Lexington with a fire in the gut this could be a good game. We just need to get through this four days of pratice without any freak injuries. Or any players doing any crazy things! This is a good team when we have the whole team together and healthy. We are to thin to be missing anybody for a game like this. We got by C'ville and Lynn Camp without a big part of our line and backs. But we can't get by with it this game. I would line our first 11 players up against anyone in 1A. LCA knows everything we do. Do you think LCA will have all receivers and backs up front on the kickoffs? I think we should try and get it to a open dead area around the 30 yard line. We almost recovered one vs C-ville like that. Plus it saves us yards if we don't recover it.

I'll do what ever it takes (almost) to get the folks from the twin cities going west on HWY 64 to Lexington. It's half the distance. So should you only receive half the money we collect? papa22320 I think you are almost right. I don't think they are the #1 team in the state this year. But untill someone else is crowned class 1A state champions. You are the state champs. We need to hold Hayden under his ppg average of 22. IMO we need to score 35+ points to win this game. He can have his 185ypg avg. Just keep him out of the endzone some.

I love this letter. Kids are our future. I wish everyone on here would read this. You must have a great coach. Teaching not only the game of football. But teaching on how to be a better person. You better keep this one! I didn't bold the Catholic word because some of us arn't. But if we all were teachers like your coach. We would be so much better off. Speed kills! In years past everyone wanted big lines and big fullbacks. I've watched over the years things change to lean, more muscular and speedy kids. The teams that haven't eveloved as fast do well in the district for the most part. But when the bigger and slower teams get to the regionals and semi's they can't compete as well. Size matters. Only when you play the same type teams. Big and not so fast. Football is all about angles. If you are a blocker and you are lean mean and strong you will be a step faster at making that block to the left, right, out on the edges ect. I bet the Falcons are lean, mean and full of speed.

You never know. Nov 7, 2008 LCA killed Hazard 49-7. On Dec 5, 2008, just four weeks later. The same two teams play again. This time deep into the playoffs. Hazard won 28-21. After beating LCA they had a real shot at winning the state. Only losing 14-7 to Beechwood. Yes all four home teams should win. They are the better teams. But things happen. Thats why we all love sports. It's unpredictable. Just when we all think we know it all something happens to destroy what we thought was a for sure bet. I hope all four games are competitive and fun to watch for all eight teams. Good Luck To All Eight Teams Play your best and hopefuly we all stay healthy. Was there any more upsets in DEC. 2008? What was going on with the TIME KEEPER? The refs were really getting upset with him. The refs over the course of the game had to tell the time keeper to start the clock 6 times that I know of. I think it was 4 times in the last qtr. Was something wrong with the clock? Or was it the keeper himself? Was he new at it? Or did he just keep forgetting? I know that when the refs told him to run the clock down to get it readjusted it worked fine. Does anyone know? I had never seen it happen in a game more then a few times. Could they have thrown a flag? :idunno:
