No, i'm not impressed with Lone Oak or Lexington Catholic either for that matter. Thats just my opinion. I think the State Championship will be decided by Boyle and Bell. But i have been wrong before, and sure i will be wrong again. I think Marion Co. has a good shot at winning the state championship. Again thats just my opinion

Lone Oak #2.....WOW...thats a good one. Nothing against Lone Oak, but WOW Here's Mine: 1a)Boyle Co....deserve #1 with their schedule and the teams they've beaten 1b)Bell Co.....deserve tie for #1 with their schedule and teams they've beat 3)Marion Co...Marion WILL be heard in the playoffs, possible run at championship 4)Lone Oak...Lone Oak, i'm not impressed with them(nothing personal) just have to prove they can play with the top 2 teams 5)Lex Catholic...Could think of a few other teams that could go into the #5 spot

Sounds like it will be some good football come playoff time, i will be keeping tabs on all those teams. The reason i had asked that question was that i had seen Marion play Bell and wasn't sure who would be in their district. Now i know. Thanks for the info.

Not sure here, but i was going by the Chattanooga newspaper, which did say that they were a 6A school. I have family in the area and read it there earlier in the week. You might be right or i may be right but Soddy Daisy, be either a 3A or 6A school, was a pretty good team. I think close to 1600 students and 90+ players is a pretty good team and would be a hugh 6A school in the state of Kentucky. GREAT WIN BOBCATS

I look for Marion Co. to be heard from in the playoffs.......Could Marion be playing Lone Oak in the region finals, or would they be playing earlier in the playoffs?(if no surprises or upsets occur)

Sorry to burst bubbles on here, but Soddy Daisy is a 6a school. This according to the newspaper out of Chattanooga. All sports pages out of Soddy Daisy and Chattanooga list them as a 6A school with close to 1600 kids in the school. I'm well aware of where the high school is at Soddy which is on the north side of Chattanooga. Alcoa is a 3A school out of Tennessee which Bell also played.
