Wow!!! High school basketball does not get better than that! I cannot wait to hear the excuse from the fans GRC fans. Mason Co. just wanted it more and rallied behind Justin Lang. He was the leader of this team and didn't not give Stenzel any day light. Jordan Gilbert was also the man tonight, boy did he make some tough shots. Neal Pawsat played like a man. The whole team played good and showed incredible toughness.

I thought Biggs would make a bigger splash in the 16th as it got to a point he was totally dominating in the 10th region with Pendleton County! I don't think he has ever made a regional final in ther 16th? Of course he had to deal with a 3,000 pound gorilla the last few years!

If it was at NKU this many people would not be there. Didn't they have this exact matchup last year? Heck, even the 9th region finals were after it and combined they probably had the crowd that will be there tonight.

Yes, I can see that they can make the student section move but what I was saying is that so many Mason County faithful(the adults) sit in the same seat every time and the administration can't really do anything about that. The principal can't go over and tell them they have to move to the other side like he can the students.

You can't make people sit where you want them. Everybody pays their $5 and can sit where ever they want. Yes, there is a home and an away side and most people follow it but there is no way you can make a person sit where you want them to. Like have said this whole thread, I am a Mason County fan(do not cheer) but I will be on the away side first row tomorrow night no matter what anybody has to say about it. That is just where I like to sit.

Do not forget Arez Henderson, he was the heart of the team that got beat in the state championship. He was an excellent defender that could jump out of the gym.

Very well said! Boy have I enjoyed watching them over the last three years with Pittman's big dunks, and how he always makes it exciting. Also, love watching the Johnson brothers because of how they play the game. They play it how it is supposed to be played and are some of the few players that still have a mid range game. I know that there were other plays on the teams the past years but I wanted to individually thank these three because of how much I have enjoyed watching them play.

I could see this game going either way, as I believe Clark Co. and Mason Co. are very good teams. Clark's weakness is definitely at their point guard play, and that is one of Mason's strengths. I also believe that Mason's bench is a lot better. Clark is just so big though, Mason has to stay out of foul trouble to have a chance. Stenzel will probably be the difference and I see Clark winning by 6. I just think they are a better team.

Sorry, that I am posting again I just read all of what you said, but I do not even live in Maysville. Yes, I graduated from Mason County High School but check your facts again. Danny Weddle had live updates on his Twitter about the draws so that is why I had them up so quickly.

And ever since Scott came into the region I have always been impressed with his teams. He always has his team in it even though they never have the most talent. I remember when GRC needed a last second shot to beat them in 07, and then GRC went on to win the region. He always gets the best out of his players in my opinion, and does it just as good or better than any other coach in the region. Clark Co. also has a fine coach in Humphrey as I have also been impressed with him. Saying Brad Carr is the best coach in the region isn't a dumb statement at all as a very good argument could be made for his case.

I said from what I seen yesterday, and admitted I had only seen one game. You don't think he was the best player on the court yesterday? I realize that he was probably really up for the game yesterday and played one of his better games. I just remember all the talk on this board about how he was overranked in the Catspause but again from what I seen yesterday he was not overranked at all.

From what I have seen Kellen Smith is the best player in the region. I only seen the game yesterday, but without question he was the best player on that floor yesterday. Also, I agree Brad Carr is the best coach in the region and boy his mom is a character. I can see where he got his fight from.

All the administration can do is put up signs telling the Mason Co. faithful where to sit. But like has been said many sit in the same seat every game so therefore they will still sit on their same side. So if you put up signs telling Mason Co. fans to sit on the away side you will probably ending up having a mixture of both on each side and that wouldn't be a good situation at all. I know me, I always try to sit on the front row on the away side. I don't cheer too hard, and it has just always been my favorite seat in the house. It doesn't matter what team is the away team that is where I am going to try to sit.

You will see me sitting on the other side, front row actually!!!

I listened to the stats on the radio and the rebounding I am thinking was 40 something to 20 something and second chance points was 15 to 0 Mason. That right there is the difference in the game.

That is why we love the tournament at the Fieldhouse, we also have our best friends official the game. Surprised that you noticed.

And that is my point, he knew he messed up and that is why he talked about him first thing. Brad Lang had a really good game tonight, in fact a career game, but he wanted to get that compliment in there about Rhueben. Rhueben did have productive minutes tonight though.

Believe it or not, O'Hearns first comments on the radio was Rhueben Blueford was big for us tonight! See what happens when you give him minutes! But Mason Co. got off to a great start and that was pretty much the game. Pendleton played them even after that as they are a very scrappy team. Impressed with the fight of Pendleton, but boy there is a huge game Monday.

I am going to predict 57 to 52 Fairview.

Also, I cannot name ONE player that has played under him in the last 4 years that hasn't said he doesn't know what he is doing.

With the talent that he has had anybody could win a state championship. To say he is one of the best coaches in the state is funny. He was given the job because he will play little puppy dog and do what the administration tells him. He went from 8th grade coach to varsity, if he was one of the best coaches in the state I am pretty sure he would of never been coaching 8th grade in Mason Co. that late in his career. To tell you the truth he even messed up that 8th grade team with DARIUS MILLER, and got beat by Bracken Co.
