It sure did not look like. Anyways LC had a storybook year!

Bell played well and played their typical game. Very physical. The Dawgs did not like it and took offense to it. Their RB's did not want to run after the 1st quarter. In the 3rd down big LC lost total control and had numerous flags and 1 player melted down on the field very sad. Another player ejected earlier in the game returned to the sideline, fully geared up and hit a Bell player out of bounds. He was then escourted along with the other player out of the stadium. Overall a very ugly situation and I hated to see it. LC had a wonderful season and should be proud of what they did. It just seems their Coaches had very little control.

Boyle will not throw 5 INT's b/c they don't need to throw it when you have #2 in the backfield. Boyle is the #1 team in 4A and should win. Bell is rebuilding and will hope just make a good representation of themselves in Danville on Friday night. Don't worry Rebles you all have the Championship sowed up. Eat all the Turkey you want on Thanksgiving.

I would think the would be called symmetry? BTW I would be really suprised if LC scored 28 on Bell. They primarily run the ball and that will not go far on Bell Counties Defense, which is basicly the same group as last year.

Looking at LC's schedule last year to this year they completely watered it down. Still an amazing story, the fairytell will end Friday.

Boyle will win. I felt LC had a chance at the upset but I think Boyle is focused on the Knights now. Boyle will continue to show why they are the favorite to win the 4A title.

:thumb::thumb:I would agree 100% Everyone needs to remember Rock was 3 plays away from being 7-3 in the regular season and #2 in the distirict. Instead of packing up thier stuff today they would be getting ready for the Regional Championship. We have not heard the last of "The Rock" I can promise you.

Middlesboro??? Their gym is ran down and parking horrible. Anyone remember the last Region held at the Boro? I do it was bad. I like the idea of having it at the arena although I am not a big Redhound fan. Works for the 15th. Why can we not make it work for us? Too much bickering and selfishness. Harlan Co. will get to host the district that should be good enough. Harlan Co. is pretty far off the beaten path for most 13th region teams. Just my opinion not a problem or complaint against Harlan Co. just my feelings as a basketball fan. Personally I can be to HC gym in 15 minutes Corbin 45 minutes but we need to do what is best for all parties.

I agree. The all-star game held in Jaunary at the University of the Cumberlands was a great crowd. The game at WKU was very small and the size of the stadium made it seem that much smaller.

Yep Rowan and Bell are real similar??? I would say it is safe to say Bell is just a shade or two better than Rowan. They can catch kickoff's BTW.
